The choice of the Commercy track for this 2010 edition is not trivial. Indeed, to accommodate an unusual event such as the MX MASTERKIDS several conditions must be met: first, one must have a track with a layout and a soil texture appropriate for 6 years old pilots on their 50cc as well as for more experienced 20 years pilots on their big bike. Everybody must have fun. The Commercy track is accessible to all. The track accepts adverse weather conditions, fully absorbs the rain and successive waterings when it is very hot. One additional prerequisite is that we need huge paddocks to accommodate participants in the best possible conditions. This also applies to Commercy where the French army has placed at our disposal 40 hectares of land with direct access to the track. But you need also the right people ... The President of the "Motoclub Evasion 55" which runs the motocross in Commercy is chaired by Jean Marc Gueller a former experienced pilot, several times champion of the Lorraine region and certified trainer for young pilots through its riding school "JMG". Between Michel COSTITCH, creator and "conductor" of MX MASTERKIDS, and Jean Marc GUELLE, there is a 30 years sincere friendship and mutual respect. Once rivals on the track, then both leaders of the League of Lorraine for several years, both men share the same ideas as far as sport and human relationships are concerned...
3 days for a more relax event...
The 2009 edition broke all records in terms of affluence, to the point that the MX MASTERKIDS was closed to saturation. The move of the event to Commercy enables to spread the program over three days, without increasing the number of participants but by reducing it by 200 pilots so that everyone, pilots, their accompanists but also the organizers can breathe and enjoy the weekend which even with a lighter program will still be orchestrated with a sustained pace. This is also the charm and the specificity of the MX MASTERKIDS ... We will soon provide you with the detailed time-table of the event. However you should know already that the paddocks will open on Wednesday 7th in the morning and that the administrative controls will start on the same day from 05 :00 pm under the tent directly on the track.
Never change a winning team
For those who have participated to the previous editions, you will find familiar faces in Commercy. The team will consist of officials of the "team" of track marshalls of Champagne and Lorraine who are in their position since 2003. The team will be headed by Didier Larose, race director 2nd degree. The timing will be provided by our Belgian friends who were already doing this in Blénod in 2004. The Belgian AMPL Motocross federation will put at our disposal their superb coach to house the chronometers. You will also find the same faces in the waiting park ... In short, we change the country and the track but all the elements necessary to the smooth running of the event will be there again on July 9th, 10th and 11th in Commercy ...

The US "Dream Team" has confirmed its participation. On the application form, you can ask to keep your usual race number, but beware, first registered, first served ... The color plate is free regardless of engine capacity and type. Highlight your colors! However, the race numbers must be legible for the timing so that the rankings be reliable ...
