MXGP : Romain Febvre remporte la manche qualificative du GP de Trentino
Doublé français ce samedi en Italie dans la manche qualificative MXGP du GP de Trentino. Romain Febvre et Maxime Renaux ont en effet mené la course de bout en bout. Le pilote Kawasaki signe ainsi sa première pole de la saison après 3 poles consécutives de Jorge Prado, dixième seulement aujourd’hui.
Derrière le duo français, Ruben Fernandez signe une belle manche qui le voit s’installer en 3ème place en fin de course après avoir pris le meilleur sur Jeremy Seewer, 4ème sous le drapeau à damiers devant son compatriote Valentin Guillod. Une dizaine de secondes derrière, arrivent Brent Van Doninck et Jeffrey Herlings, parti en 12ème position.
Grâce à sa victoire ce samedi, Romain Febvre empoche 10 points pour le championnat. Le pilote Kawasaki double Herlings au provisoire pour venir s’installer au 3ème rang, à un point de Renaux. L’Espagnol Prado ne marque pour sa part qu’un petit point pour le championnat ce samedi et voit Renaux lui en reprendre 8 pour revenir à 16 points au provisoire au moment de prendre le départ du 4ème GP de la saison ce dimanche.
