Le pilote Yamaha aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 rep\u00e9r\u00e9 par deux agents de la \u00ab\u00a0Florida Highway Patrol\u00a0\u00bb qui officiaient dans un v\u00e9hicule banalis\u00e9 alors qu&rsquo;il utilisait un girophare sur son impressionnant\u00a0pick-up Toyota Tundra pour tenter de se frayer un passage dans la circulation en pleine heure de pointe. Pris en chasse, Stewart et son passager Thames Quinault ont finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 intercept\u00e9s \u00e0\u00a0 proximit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;a\u00e9roport et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 emmen\u00e9s au commissariat o\u00f9 le champion US devra \u00e9videmment r\u00e9pondre de ce comportement illicite. On ne sait pas \u00e0\u00a0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle quelle sera la dur\u00e9e de l&rsquo;arrestation pour Stewart mais il devrait normalement avoir les moyens de r\u00e9gler la caution\u00a0pour sa lib\u00e9ration conditionnelle.
