Cette fois, c’est dans la poche pour Thibault Benistant. Le Fran\u00e7ais a conquis cet apr\u00e8s-midi dans le sable de Lommel le titre de champion d’Europe EMX250. Une saison que le pilote Yamaha ach\u00e8ve sur une ultime victoire. Il s’agit d’un deuxi\u00e8me titre europ\u00e9en pour Benistant, d\u00e9j\u00e0 sacr\u00e9 en 125cc en 2018.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans la premi\u00e8re manche Benistant s’est content\u00e9 d’une seconde place \u00e0 distance de Mattia Guadagnini, visiblement tr\u00e8s nerveux sur cette finale du championnat sur laquelle il \u00e9tait le seul \u00e0 pouvoir encore inqui\u00e9ter le Fran\u00e7ais. Mais, avec 24 points de retard, il ne pouvait pratiquement que compter sur une faute ou un probl\u00e8me m\u00e9canique dans le chef du pilote Hutten Metaal pour esp\u00e9rer l’emporter.<\/p>\n

Et Benistant n’a pas trembl\u00e9. Tandis que Guadagnini disparaissait rapidement d’une seconde manche entam\u00e9e en fin de peloton, le futur champion d’Europe menait la course de bout en bout pour conclure la saison en beaut\u00e9, sur un ultime succ\u00e8s. Et, bien s\u00fbr, avec un titre amplement m\u00e9rit\u00e9 en poche. De quoi entrevoir sereinement l’avenir \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelon sup\u00e9rieur, auquel il s’essaiera d\u00e8s dimanche \u00e0 Lommel.<\/p>\n

C\u00f4t\u00e9 belge, 3 pilotes \u00e9taient qualifi\u00e9s : Romain Delbrassinne, qui signe ainsi sa deuxi\u00e8me qualif sur le championnat en 4 jours \u00e0 peine, Jordi Van Mieghem et Wannes Van de Voorde. H\u00e9las, aucun d’eux n’a marqu\u00e9 de points.<\/p>\n
