Tom Vialle titr\u00e9 en tout d\u00e9but d’apr\u00e8s-midi \u00e0 l’issue de la premi\u00e8re manche, Jago Geerts s’est ensuite impos\u00e9 dans la seconde manche et remporte son sixi\u00e8me GP cette saison. Ben Watson et Jed Beaton accompagnent le Belge sur le podium final de ce 17\u00e8me et avant-dernier GP de la saison.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vainqueur de la premi\u00e8re manche histoire de f\u00eater avec panache un premier titre mondial qui r\u00e9compense une saison exemplaire, Tom Vialle n’a pas connu la r\u00e9ussite qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 la sienne toute cette saison dans la seconde. La \u00ab\u00a0gold plate\u00a0\u00bb mont\u00e9e sur la KTM du nouveau champion du monde ne lui a pas port\u00e9 chance. Moins bien parti qu’\u00e0 l’accoutum\u00e9e, tandis que Geerts s’envolait en t\u00eate, le Fran\u00e7ais heurtait un concurrent en d\u00e9but de manche et endommageait dans la manoeuvre son s\u00e9lecteur de vitesse. Un passage par les stands sera n\u00e9cessaire pour tenter de r\u00e9parer mais le nouveau champion de la cat\u00e9gorie ne pourra d\u00e9fendre ses chances et terminera hors des points, \u00e0 un tour de Geerts.<\/p>\n

On notera la belle performance de Thibault Benistant ce mercredi. Le champion d’Europe EMX250 termine 7\u00e8me la premi\u00e8re manche avant de prendre une superbe 3\u00e8me place dans la seconde. Prometteur !<\/p>\n

D\u00e9finitivement vaincu par Vialle dans la course au titre mondial, Geerts se console donc en remportant un 6\u00e8me GP cette saison et en s’assurant du titre honorifique de vice-champion. Derni\u00e8re chance de cl\u00f4turer la saison en beaut\u00e9 pour les deux hommes forts de la cat\u00e9gorie : ce dimanche \u00e0 Arco di Trento.<\/p>\n
