Avec sa nouvelle coque segment\u00e9e il en r\u00e9sulte un casque professionnel dot\u00e9 d\u2019un tr\u00e8s haut degr\u00e9 de technicit\u00e9. Le casque Moto-10 est le casque le plus avanc\u00e9 techniquement jamais con\u00e7u par la marque am\u00e9ricaine. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour absorber l\u2019\u00e9nergie lin\u00e9aire mais surtout durant les phases de rotation de la t\u00eate en cas d\u2019impacts \u00e0 moyenne et grande vitesse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spherical<\/strong> Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les exigences de la course augmentent, le besoin d&rsquo;une protection accrue augmente \u00e9galement. C\u2019est pourquoi le Moto-10 est le premier casque tout-terrain \u00e0 opter pour la technologie Spherical\u2122 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en collaboration avec le bureau de recherche su\u00e9dois \u00e0 l\u2019origine du MIPS\u00ae. Cette protection accrue vient accompagner le travail d\u2019absorption des chocs r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par la coque externe fabriqu\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de carbone 3K avec une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e d\u2019absorption via des canaux sph\u00e9riques sous la coque externe. Cette construction sph\u00e9rique outre l\u2019absorption am\u00e9liore nettement la dissipation de l\u2019humidit\u00e9, par une ventilation avanc\u00e9e, tout en r\u00e9duisant le poids sans compromettre la structure protectrice du casque. La protection Spherical r\u00e9sulte d\u2019une longue collaboration \u00e9troite entre Bell et Mips.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coque 3K.<\/strong> L\u2019entr\u00e9e de l\u2019air frais dans le casque est essentielle, mais elle n\u2019est optimale sans une bonne gestion des flux, l\u2019extraction de l\u2019air est donc tout aussi important. La structure segment\u00e9e de la coque du Moto-10 est novatrice et peut-\u00eatre interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 comme une r\u00e9elle avanc\u00e9e technologique. En effet la structure m\u00eame de la coque permet d\u2019obtenir de longs espaces sur le haut et l\u2019arri\u00e8re du casque propices \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vacuation de l\u2019air chaud. De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re cette construction segment\u00e9e a permis de faire \u00e9voluer de mani\u00e8re notable le design au profit du look et des performances.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ventilation.<\/strong> Si l\u2019exercice est familier pour Bell, le travail en soufflerie a permis d\u2019am\u00e9liorer encore le syst\u00e8me de ventilation\u00a0: Thermal Exchange Airflow System\u2122 (T.E.A.S.) l\u2019air est aspir\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du casque puis est expuls\u00e9 par les extracteurs lat\u00e9raux et arri\u00e8res. Ce travail d\u2019optimisation et d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des flux d\u2019air \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du casque a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu possible en prolongeant dans la protection interne Spherical les larges canaux de ventilation. Deux pare-chocs NMR (No Missed Races) de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 du casque fabriqu\u00e9s avec une mousse en Polypropyl\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 se comprime sous la charge puis reprend sa forme d&rsquo;origine ce qui contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le risque de blessures suppl\u00e9mentaires qui pourraient \u00eatre caus\u00e9es par le casque sur une clavicule.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visi\u00e8re Flying Bridge\u2122.<\/strong> Comme pour les mod\u00e8les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, le Moto-10 est dot\u00e9 d\u2019une visi\u00e8re de type Flying Bridge \u00e0 deux points de fixation, elle apporte flexibilit\u00e9 tout en am\u00e9liorant la circulation de l&rsquo;air \u00e0 travers le casque par rapport \u00e0 d\u2019autres qui seraient dot\u00e9s d\u2019une troisi\u00e8me fixation en position sup\u00e9rieure et centrale. Avec les deux fixations la visi\u00e8re peut absorber les chocs en se relevant au besoin. D\u2019autre part elle participe activement \u00e0 la gestion des flux a\u00e9rodynamiques autour du casque et en dirigeant les flux vers l\u2019un des quatre points d\u2019entr\u00e9e sup\u00e9rieurs du casque.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Int\u00e9rieur avec tissu Virus CoolJade<\/strong>. Le Moto-10 profite de mousses recouvertes d\u2019un tissu fabriqu\u00e9 par Virus et employant la technologie CoolJade. Le r\u00e9sultat est de participer activement \u00e0 lutter contre l\u2019humidit\u00e9 et conserver dans le temps les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s hygi\u00e9niques. D\u2019autre part le CoolJade apporte une sensation de fra\u00eecheur ce qui est particuli\u00e8rement efficace par forte chaleur. Le gain obtenu peut-\u00eatre de plusieurs degr\u00e9s entre la temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure et celle ressentie \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du casque.<\/p>\n<p>Large espace pour les masques.
