On disputait ce dimanche la 25\u00e8me \u00e9dition du Honville Cross-Country. Vainqueur l’an pass\u00e9 avec Matthew Vanoevelen pour la 9\u00e8me fois \u00e0 Honville, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Martiny pouvait franchir le cap des 10 victoires cette ann\u00e9e. C’est malheureusement partie remise pour le pilote Husqvarna. Avec son co\u00e9quipier Tanguy Gabriel, il laisse le duo compos\u00e9 de David Foguenne et Nathan Renkens monter sur la plus haute marche du podium devant les enduristes Dimitri Vanhoenacker et Dietger Damiaens.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tout juste de retout du rallye du Maroc, o\u00f9 il a poursuivi sa pr\u00e9paration en vue du Dakar 2022, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Martiny \u00e9tait au d\u00e9part ce dimanche \u00e0 Honville en vue d’y conqu\u00e9rir son 10\u00e8me succ\u00e8s sur l’\u00e9preuve qui reste la plus populaire du genre dans notre pays.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous \u00e9tions rapides, on aurait certainement pu jouer la victoire ce dimanche si nous n’avions pas jou\u00e9 de malchance\u00a0\u00bb, confie le pilote Husqvarna Anquety Motorsport. \u00ab\u00a0J’ai personnellement d\u00fb compos\u00e9 avec des probl\u00e8mes de pompe \u00e0 essence qui m’ont contraint \u00e0 changer de r\u00e9servoir en d\u00e9but de course tandis que mon co\u00e9quipier Tanguy Gabriel a pour sa part perdu les deux fixations de son guide-cha\u00eene et a fini par d\u00e9railler. Il y a des jours comme cela…\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 tout sur la 3\u00e8me marche du podium, Martiny reconna\u00eet la belle victoire du tandem compos\u00e9 de David Foguenne et de Nathan Renkens, habitu\u00e9 aux GP de motocross. \u00ab\u00a0Le circuit \u00e9tait assez diff\u00e9rent des autres ann\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb, explique J\u00e9r\u00f4me, \u00ab\u00a0il \u00e9tait beaucoup plus rapide et il faut avouer que David et Nathan \u00e9taient vraiment tr\u00e8s rapides aujourd’hui.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Au pied du podium de ce 25\u00e8me Honville Cross-Country, on retrouve les \u00e9quipages form\u00e9s par Mathias Van Hoof et Jilani Cambr\u00e9 et par Benjamin Doneux et Arnaud Renard.<\/p>\n
