C’est ce week-end du quinze ao\u00e0\u00bbt, \u00e0\u00a0 Balen, sur le fameux circuit sablonneux du Keiheuvel, qu’aura lieu la cinqui\u00e8me manche du championnat de Belgique de motocross.<\/p>\n

On annonce la pr\u00e9sence de Jeffrey Herlings \u00e0\u00a0 Balen et cette pr\u00e9sence du jeune pilote hollandais d\u00e9signe celui-ci comme le tout grand favori. Herlings a en effet remport\u00e9 haut la main le GP de Lommel dans la cat\u00e9gorie MX2 mais au-del\u00e0\u00a0 de cette victoire, nombreux sont ceux qui pensent que Herlings est actuellement le meilleur pilote au monde sur le sable. Cela ne voudra pas dire pour autant que des pilotes comme Cl\u00e9ment Desalle, Kevin Strijbos, Ken De Dycker, Tanel Leok, Max Nagl, Evgeny Bobryshev, Shaun Simpson et Jonathan Barragan viendront \u00e0\u00a0 Balen en victimes consentantes. Sans oublier des gar\u00e7ons comme Jeremy Van Horebeek, troisi\u00e8me au GP du Limbourg en MX2, et Jo\u00ebl Roelants, qui savent tous deux ce que rouler dans le sable signifie.<\/p>\n

Au-del\u00e0\u00a0 de la fiert\u00e9 de toux ces pilotes r\u00e9put\u00e9s qui n’accepteront pas de se faire battre par un ‘gamin’ de seize ans, ajoutons que le championnat a bascul\u00e9 suite \u00e0\u00a0 l’accident de Desalle \u00e0\u00a0 Tongres. Celui-ci accuse maintenant un retard de vingt-cinq points sur de De Dijcker qui est devenu le leader provisoire du championnat de Belgique et comme on sait que le ‘Panda’ avait fait du championnat de Belgique un de ses principaux objectifs pour cette saison, celui-ci voudra certainement refaire son retard sur ‘Keeno’ d\u00e8s ce lundi.<\/p>\n

Radson X2 Trophy: Fors sous la menace de Boot<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans la cat\u00e9gorie MX2, c’est Kevin Fors qui est en t\u00eate du classement provisoire avec neuf points d’avance sur Mark Boot, qui est un pilote r\u00e9gulier en m\u00eame temps que polyvalent. Le pilote de Burgh-Haamstede voudra d\u00e8s lors briller sur le sable du Keiheuvel.<\/p>\n

Jans Getteman est le meilleur pilote belge au championnat d’Europe MX2 et au classement provisoire du championnat de Belgique, il est troisi\u00e8me, \u00e0\u00a0 quarante-trois points de Fors.<\/p>\n

Getteman est un pilote avec une technique exceptionnelle et c’est dommage qu’il ait chut\u00e9 dans la seconde manche \u00e0\u00a0 Tongres sinon il serait rest\u00e9 relativement proche de Fors et de Boot au classement provisoire. Ceci dit, il reste trois \u00e9preuves \u00e0\u00a0 disputer et cent-cinquante points \u00e0\u00a0 gagner ou \u00e0\u00a0 perdre… par tout le monde! Pourquoi Getteman ne croirait-il pas d\u00e8s lors en ses chances jusqu’au bout? Parmi les autres candidats \u00e0\u00a0 un podium, il ne faut pas oublier des gar\u00e7ons comme Mike Kras, Kenny Vandueren, Brent Van Doninck, Damon Graulus et Jeffrey Meurs.<\/p>\n
