310 pilotes seulement pour l’\u00e9preuve du Grand-Duch\u00e9 organis\u00e9e par l’AMPL sur le circuit de Bockholtz, un circuit bien r\u00e9nov\u00e9 gr\u00e0\u00a2ce à l’aide du Minist\u00e8re des Sports qui est intervenu financi\u00e8rement pour les travaux. La poussi\u00e8re commen\u00e7ant à faire son apparition à la fin des premi\u00e8res manches, l’averse orageuse survenue à la pause a \u00e9t\u00e9 un arrosage naturel arriv\u00e9 au bon moment.
\nSi Yoann Hella remporte les 2 manches Inters, c’est Manu Hubert qui fait honneur à ses nombreux supporters en remportant la finale Open.<\/p>\n

En cat\u00e9gorie 50 cc, 13 bouquets sur 14 pour R. Fraikin qui n’est jamais inqui\u00e9t\u00e9 et s’impose devant T. Trembloy et A. Lemaire, ces deux concurrents se partagent les premiers accessits.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Les deux leaders du championnat 65 cc, B. Donneux et J. Metz sont de nouveau en lutte pour les premi\u00e8res places. En premi\u00e8re manche, d\u00e9part r\u00e9ussi pour Donneux mais suite à une petite erreur au 3\u00b0 tour il doit s’incliner devant Metz. Nouveau duel dans le second d\u00e9bat entre ces deux pilotes. Ils se retrouvent roue dans roue sur la ligne d’arriv\u00e9e mais au sprint chute de Donneux qui rate de peu la victoire.<\/p>\n

Dans la cat\u00e9gorie 85 B, L. Schoofs est chaque fois le plus rapide à la chute de la barre mais en premi\u00e8re manche il doit s’incliner au 3\u00b0tour devant M. Biasia qui n’est plus inqui\u00e9t\u00e9. Mal embarqu\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re manche, le leader du championnat M. Fourny (class\u00e9 12e au premier tour et 4e à l’arriv\u00e9e) prend sa revanche dans la seconde confrontation et s’empare du commandement d\u00e8s le second tour.<\/p>\n

Chez les plus de 13 ans, journ\u00e9e favorable pour A. Volral qui ne quitte jamais le commandement et engrange 50 points, une manne suffisante pour s’installer en t\u00eate du championnat. Par contre, journ\u00e9e à oublier pour M. Louis car apr\u00e8s un mauvais d\u00e9part en premi\u00e8re manche il doit se contenter du 4e fauteuil. Dans la seconde, il chute peu apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part et repartant en queue de peloton il se retrouve finalement 15\u00b0 perdant aussi sa premi\u00e8re place au championnat.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9butants<\/strong><\/p>\n

38 pilotes seulement au d\u00e9part de la cat\u00e9gorie MX2 et d\u00e8s lors les \u00e9preuves qualificatives (pairs et impairs) ne sont pas n\u00e9cessaires mais comme le veut le r\u00e8glement, seule la seconde manche entre en ligne de compte pour le championnat. G. Ponente est le plus rapide au start mais d\u00e8s le second tour, T. Marx se porte au commandement et il ne sera plus inqui\u00e9t\u00e9 s’imposant devant K. Xhardez revenu de la 5e place.<\/p>\n

Chez les quarts de litres, double succ\u00e8s pour D. Roose qui s’impose en premi\u00e8re manche devant A. Tilen qui termine à 10 sec. alors qu’il occupe la 7e place à la fin du premier tour. La seconde confrontation est plus anim\u00e9e avec un tr\u00e8s beau duel entre F. Roland et D. Roose qui finit par s’imposer à 3 tours de la fin.<\/p>\n

Juniors<\/strong><\/p>\n

A la chute de la barre F. Touch\u00e8que et K. Vieillevoye se portent imm\u00e9diatement en t\u00eate du groupe mais suite à une chute ils se retrouvent en queue de peloton ce qui permet à S. Thielens de prendre la direction devant S. Divoy et ces positions ne changeront plus. La seconde manche est domin\u00e9e par le trio L. Boulanger, S. Thielens et K. Banckaert qui finit par s’imposer à deux tours de la fin.<\/p>\n

Dans la cat\u00e9gorie MX1. A. Beguin part sur les chapeaux de roue devant K. Hoffmann mais d\u00e8s le 3e tour B. Giannini, un ancien pilote AMPL, appara\u00eet au premier rang entra\u00eenant dans son sillage M. Corteil tr\u00e8s vite revenu de la 10\u00b0place et qui s’impose à deux tours de la fin. K. Hoffmann est le plus rapide au start de la 2\u00b0 manche devant L. Tassin qui s’empare du commandement d\u00e8s le second tour et r\u00e9siste tr\u00e8s bien au forcing final de F. Bolting revenu de la 6\u00b0 place et qui \u00e9choue à un pneu seulement.<\/p>\n

Seniors<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pas de probl\u00e8me pour B. Boulard dans le groupe MX2, avec en premi\u00e8re manche, un cavalier seul devant le Fran\u00e7ais M. Bormas son plus redoutable adversaire. Dans le second d\u00e9bat, la course est plus anim\u00e9e et l’on retrouve successivement au commandement, J. Gee qui passe le relais à M. Bormas apr\u00e8s deux boucles mais à 3 tours de la fin, B. Boulard vient d\u00e9crocher son 9e bouquet dans ce championnat.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Dans le groupe MX1, Ph. Klein affiche actuellement la grande forme et apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le doubl\u00e9 à Durler, il effectue de nouveau un sans faute. Jamais il ne quitte la direction du peloton et retourne avec les deux bouquets devant L. Cl\u00e9ment, le solide leader du championnat qui compte d\u00e9jà 86 points d’avance au championnat. A signaler la tr\u00e8s belle 3e place dans la seconde manche pour L. Touch\u00e8que qui, \u00e0\u00a2g\u00e9 de 47 ans, fait toujours la nique aux plus jeunes.<\/p>\n

Inters<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chez les inters MX2, L. Lacasse r\u00e9ussit parfaitement son d\u00e9part mais victime d’une chute au 3e tour, il c\u00e8de le commandement à Y. Hella qui s’impose avec 3 sec. d’avance sur E. Hubin et 25 secondes sur Lacasse.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Chez les B, 4e succ\u00e8s pour V. Grandjean avec une 13e place au classement scratch. Dans le groupe des quarts de litres, E.Hubin, Y. Hella et Em. Hubert sont les plus rapides au start mais d\u00e8s le second tour, chute de Hubin qui repasse en 8e position. Hella s’empare du commandement devant F. Van Dijk mais lui aussi va à la faute laissant le second si\u00e8ge à Hubert mais en fin de parcours, ce pilote doit s’incliner à son tour devant Hubin tr\u00e8s bien revenu. Nouvelle victoire pour V. Grandjean dans la cat\u00e9gorie B et cette fois il se classe 10e face aux inters A.<\/p>\n

Open<\/strong><\/p>\n

La journ\u00e9e se termine par les courses Open (toutes cylindr\u00e9es confondues) avec chez les B, un d\u00e9part r\u00e9ussi pour D. Van Hoof mais d\u00e8s le 3\u00b0 tour il c\u00e8de cette place de choix à M. Thoussaint qui remporte sa 4\u00b0 victoire devant V. Grandjean qui se retrouvera dimanche sur son circuit à W\u00e9ris o\u00f9 il sera le grand favori.<\/p>\n

Il est 19 heures lorsqu’est donn\u00e9 le dernier d\u00e9part pour la cat\u00e9gorie Open A, une course tr\u00e8s disput\u00e9e avec un duel serr\u00e9 entre Hella, Hubert, Van Dijk, Lacasse et Hubin. Au 3e tour, Hubert, se porte au commandement et il va tr\u00e8s bien r\u00e9sister au forcing de Hella et Van Dijk qui \u00e9chouent à quelques secondes alors que Lacasse et Hubin ont fl\u00e9chi en fin de parcours et terminent avec 30 et 45 secondes de retard.<\/p>\n
