C\u2019est l\u00e0 l\u2019un des avantages importants qu\u2019apportent Rekluse. Les disques d\u2019embrayage s\u2019accompagnent d\u2019inserts de cloches sp\u00e9cifiques dans le but d\u2019\u00e9liminer l\u2019usure pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e de la cloche avec l\u2019apparition d\u2019encoches \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieure de celle-ci.<\/p>\n<p>Les disques TorqDrive re\u00e7oivent \u00e9galement un dessin sp\u00e9cifique pour ce qui concerne les garnitures, de par leur conception les patins de friction facilitent l\u2019\u00e9coulement de l\u2019huile avec un support en acier et non pas en aluminium comme les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019origine, ainsi lorsqu\u2019il chauffe il pr\u00e9sente l\u2019avantage de moins se dilater (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 deux fois moins) ce qui a pour cons\u00e9quence d\u2019\u00e9radiquer l\u2019effet de patinage au niveau de l\u2019embrayage qui peut survenir lorsque les embrayages sont extr\u00eamement sollicit\u00e9s a fortiori avec des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es et un refroidissement moteur insuffisant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une exp\u00e9rience de pilotage optimis\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Technologie EXP, celle-ci s\u2019appuie sur la force centrifuge des disques pour engager et d\u00e9sengager automatiquement l\u2019embrayage selon le r\u00e9gime moteur. Il devient ainsi possible de s\u2019arr\u00eater et de red\u00e9marrer en premi\u00e8re sans avoir \u00e0 actionner le levier d\u2019embrayage par exemple. De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re durant la conduite l\u2019embrayage compense le passage de vitesses, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un agr\u00e9ment dans la conduite. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice est \u00e0 retrouver \u00e9galement du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur avec un contr\u00f4le plus pr\u00e9cis de celui-ci avec une traction maximale, ce qui est particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pour le franchissement d\u2019un obstacle, \u00e0 basse vitesse sur un chemin escarp\u00e9, ou tout simplement sur la route pour une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le r\u00e9gime moteur augmente, les patins pr\u00e9sents sur les disques EXP s\u2019\u00e9cartent vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur par la force centrifuge, plus le r\u00e9gime augmente plus les patins s\u2019\u00e9largissent et engagent l\u2019embrayage.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat est une augmentation de la capacit\u00e9 de couple avec plus de puissance au besoin, tandis qu\u2019il n\u2019est plus n\u00e9cessaire de se mettre au point mort pour s\u2019arr\u00eater et repartir ensuite. L\u2019utilisation du levier ne servant plus qu\u2019au passage des vitesses.
