Liam Everts (MX2) et Tim Gajser (MXGP)\u00a0 se sont impos\u00e9s ce dimanche dans la boue de Mantova. C’est sur une piste tr\u00e8s lourde que s’est disput\u00e9e ce dimanche le deuxi\u00e8me round du championnat des Internationaux d’Italie, copieusement arros\u00e9e par les averses de vendredi et de samedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Des conditions qui n’ont pas emp\u00each\u00e9 Liam Everts de signer un excellent d\u00e9but de saison. Pour sa rentr\u00e9e, notre compatriote s’offre en effet le classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral MX2. Vainqueur de la premi\u00e8re manche, il devait laisser son co\u00e9quipier Andrea Adamo s’imposer dans la seconde apr\u00e8s un accrochage avec un pilote tomb\u00e9 devant lui dans les derniers instants de course mais s’assurait n\u00e9anmoins de remporter le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral devant le champion du monde MX2 en titre et Valerio Lata.<\/p>\n

Deuxi\u00e8me de la premi\u00e8re manche, l’officiel HRC Ferruccio Zanchi, vainqueur le week-end pass\u00e9 \u00e0 Riola Sardo, devait abandonner dans la seconde.<\/p>\n

Double vainqueur le week-end pass\u00e9, Tim Gajser semblait bien parti pour faire de m\u00eame \u00e0 Mantova ce dimanche. Le Slov\u00e8ne a d’ailleurs remport\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re manche apr\u00e8s l’avoir men\u00e9e de bout en bout. Dans la seconde h\u00e9las, le quintuple champion du monde chutait alors que Romain Febvre s’\u00e9lan\u00e7ait en t\u00eate de la meute. Contraint \u00e0 remonter du fond du peloton, Gajser revenait \u00e0 vitesse grand V vers la t\u00eate de la course pour terminer la manche \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me place derri\u00e8re Febvre et s’imposer au g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du jour.<\/p>\n
