Ce dimanche, on disputait \u00e0 Hawkstone Park un classique de l’avant-saison. Le motocross inter britannique accueillait comme \u00e0 l’accoutum\u00e9e un plateau o\u00f9 les meilleurs\u00a0 pilotes du pays c\u00f4toyaient une s\u00e9lection de stars du championnat MXGP venus \u00e0 Hawkstone Park pour s’entra\u00eener en conditions de course en vue du championnat du monde de motocross MXGP dont l’ouverture se disputera en Argentine le deuxi\u00e8me week-end de mars.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La rentr\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tition de Jeffrey Herlings \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s attendue. S’il a d\u00fb se contenter de terminer au 4\u00e8me rang une premi\u00e8re manche remport\u00e9e par Romain Febvre, le Hollandais a repris ses bonnes habitudes d\u00e8s la seconde moiti\u00e9 de la journ\u00e9e en s’imposant dans la seconde manche MX1 puis en r\u00e9it\u00e9rant la m\u00eame performance dans la Superfinale qui cl\u00f4turait le week-end britannique.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9gulier avec deux secondes places dans les manches MX1, Glenn Coldenhoff place sa Fantic officielle sur la plus haute marche du podium du jour avant de terminer la Superfinale au deuxi\u00e8me rang devant Romain Febvre. Vainqueur de la premi\u00e8re manche MX1, le Fran\u00e7ais a \u00e9t\u00e9 contraint \u00e0 abandonner dans la seconde.<\/p>\n

En MX2, Andrea Adamo remporte les deux manches et s’offre donc le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral devant Cas Valk (3+2) et Hakon Osterhagen (2+3). Dans cette cat\u00e9gorie, rappelons que Liam Everts devait \u00eatre au d\u00e9part \u00e0 Hawkstone Park mais une chute mercredi dernier \u00e0 l’entra\u00eenement a malheureusement mis notre compatriote au repos forc\u00e9 pour une p\u00e9riode estim\u00e9e \u00e0 4 semaines.<\/p>\n
