Deuxi\u00e8me hier de la manche qualificative du GP d’Argentine, premier rendez-vous de la saison mondiale de motocross, Kay de Wolf s’est impos\u00e9 ce dimanche. Le jeune Hollandais remporte ainsi le deuxi\u00e8me GP MX2 de sa carri\u00e8re et s’installe d’embl\u00e9e aux commandes du championnat.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans la premi\u00e8re manche, Marc-Antoine Rossi prend tr\u00e8s vite le meilleur sur Sacha Coenen, parti en t\u00eate. Le pilote GasGas est poursuivi par son compatriote Thibault Benistant et par son co\u00e9quipier Simon Laengenfelder alors que Lucas Coenen, parti lui aussi dans le groupe de t\u00eate, a chut\u00e9 d\u00e8s le premier tour et a d\u00fb rentrer aux stands.<\/p>\n

Devant Rossi conserve la t\u00eate jusqu’\u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 du temps r\u00e8glementaire, avant de passer le relais \u00e0 Benistant. Deux tours plus tard, c’est Laengenfelder qui prend la t\u00eate et ne sera plus rejoint. En quatri\u00e8me position pendant presque toute la course, Kay de Wolf fait le forcing en fin de manche pour arracher in extremis la seconde place \u00e0 Benistant et Rossi alors que le top-5 est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par la Triumph de Haarup, juste devant Sacha Coenen, 6\u00e8me sous le drapeau \u00e0 damiers.<\/p>\n

Dans la seconde manche, le Triumph de Mikkel Haarup m\u00e8ne le d\u00e9but de course avant de devoir baisser pavillon face \u00e0 Laengenfelder puis Lucas Coenen. Notre compatriote semble bien parti pour s’imposer mais une petite chute \u00e0 quelques encablures de l’arriv\u00e9e prive finalement l’officiel Husqvarna de sa premi\u00e8re victoire de manche de la saison. Il laisse son co\u00e9quipier Kay de Wolf s’imposer devant Haarup.<\/p>\n

De Wolf remporte ainsi le premier GP de la saison devant Laengenfelder et Haarup, qui offre d’entr\u00e9e de jeu \u00e0 Triumph son premier podium en GP. Dixi\u00e8me de la seconde manche, Sacha Coenen termine le GP \u00e0 la 8\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n

Prochain GP : intu Xanadu, pr\u00e8s de Madrid, en Espagne, les 23 et 24 mars.<\/p>\n
