Bless\u00e9 au pouce dans les essais du GP de son GP national \u00e0 Saint-Jean d\u2019Ang\u00e9ly, Febvre avait pu surpasser la douleur face \u00e0 son public mais avait d\u00fb une semaine plus tard, en Allemagne, se r\u00e9soudre \u00e0 jeter l\u2019\u00e9ponge, la douleur \u00e9tant insoutenable. Apr\u00e8s un break de 7 semaines, soit 4 grands-prix, le Fran\u00e7ais a retrouv\u00e9 ce week-end \u00e0 Loket le championnat MXGP. Un week-end prometteur pour l’officiel Kawasaki.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le plus rapide lors du warm-up dimanche matin,\u00a0Febvre s’est retrouv\u00e9 quatorzi\u00e8me au premier pointage mais avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 progress\u00e9 jusqu’\u00e0 la dixi\u00e8me place au deuxi\u00e8me tour. In\u00e9vitablement, ne prenant pas le risque d’un accrochage \u00e0 son retour de blessure, le Fran\u00e7ais a fait preuve de patience et d’exp\u00e9rience pour avancer m\u00e9thodiquement, prenant sa sixi\u00e8me place au quatorzi\u00e8me tour.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s un meilleur d\u00e9part dans la deuxi\u00e8me course, il a conserv\u00e9 une solide quatri\u00e8me place jusqu’\u00e0 six tours de la fin lorsqu’il s’est fait mal \u00e0 la cheville droite \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception d’un saut. Contraint de ralentir pendant plusieurs tours et de c\u00e9der une position, il termine ainsi la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 la sixi\u00e8me place du classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et reste septi\u00e8me au classement provisoire MXGP.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Il n’est jamais facile de revenir dans le championnat \u00e0 la mi-saison apr\u00e8s une pause\u00a0\u00bb, analyse Febvre, \u00ab\u00a0mais le r\u00e9sultat n’est pas trop mauvais avec une sixi\u00e8me et une cinqui\u00e8me places. J’ai manqu\u00e9 un peu de physique et j’esp\u00e9rais que ma vitesse serait un peu meilleure dans la premi\u00e8re course. Dans la deuxi\u00e8me, je pouvais suivre la vitesse des leaders jusqu’\u00e0 ce que je m’\u00e9tire trop la cheville sur un saut.
