Sur la 3\u00e8me marche du podium le week-end dernier \u00e0 Loket apr\u00e8s avoir une fois de plus fait preuve d’une vitesse ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nale, Lucas Coenen arrive \u00e0 Lommel ce week-end avec la ferme intention de briller face \u00e0 son public.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vainqueur de 5 manches qualificatives (dont celles des 3 derniers GP), vainqueur de 9 manches, Lucas Coenen est \u00e9galement mont\u00e9 \u00e0 4 reprises sur la plus haute marche du podium d’un GP MX2 cette saison. Un joli palmar\u00e8s qui permet \u00e0 notre jeune compatriote d’occuper actuellement la deuxi\u00e8me place du classement provisoire du mondial MX2.<\/p>\n

Auteur d’un d\u00e9but de saison en fanfare puis tr\u00e8s r\u00e9gulier depuis, son co\u00e9quipier dans l’\u00e9quipe officielle Husqvarna, le Hollandais Kay de Wolf, vient pour sa part de remporter son 5\u00e8me succ\u00e8s de la saison \u00e0 Loket. Sa r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 lui vaut de compter un avantage de 46 points sur un Coenen pourtant loin de s’avouer vaincu alors que sept GP doivent encore \u00eatre disput\u00e9s, et donc pas moins de 420 points distribu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Evidemment, on ne l\u00e2chera rien ! \u00ab\u00a0, affirme Lucas Coenen. \u00ab\u00a0On n’abandonne pas, je vais au contraire rouler aussi fort que je le peux sur le reste de la saison. Je ne m’avoue pas vaincu dans la course au titre. Je suis impatient d’\u00eatre \u00e0 Lommel ce week-end o\u00f9 je tenterai \u00e0 nouveau d’\u00eatre aussi rapide que possible.\u00a0\u00bb Voil\u00e0 ses adversaires pr\u00e9venus.<\/p>\n

Rappelons que le d\u00e9but de saison de Lucas Coenen a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9, juste apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9but de r\u00eave avec une victoire dans la premi\u00e8re manche qualificative de la saison en Argentine et d’embl\u00e9e l’arriv\u00e9e de la plaque rouge sur sa Husqvarna, par une blessure \u00e0 l’\u00e9paule qui ne lui a pas permis de rouler \u00e0 son meilleur niveau sur plusieurs GP en d\u00e9but de championnat. Un contretemps qui a permis \u00e0 ses adversaires de prendre de pr\u00e9cieux points au championnat mais qui est d\u00e9sormais derri\u00e8re lui. \u00ab\u00a0A pr\u00e9sent, je me sens super bien, la moto marche bien, je n’ai aucune excuse. Je garde le titre de champion du monde en ligne de mire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n
