Avec un 3+3+2, l&rsquo;officiel KTM monte sur la plus haute marche du podium final devant Cooper Webb (1+5+3) et Ken Roczen (4+1+5). L&rsquo;Allemand monte pour la 4\u00e8me fois de la saison sur le podium mais perd la plaque rouge prise la semaine pass\u00e9e \u00e0 Anaheim 2 au profit de Chase Sexton. Celui-ci est le premier homme a remport\u00e9 une deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9preuve cette saison, 3 semaines apr\u00e8s avoir remport\u00e9 l&rsquo;ouverture de la saison \u00e0 Anaheim 1.<\/p>\n<p>Sexton m\u00e8ne \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent le championnat avec 2 points de plus que Roczen et 9 de plus que Tomac. Cooper Webb est \u00e0 10 points tandis que Jett Lawrence accuse 3 points de plus de retard. Vainqueur la semaine derni\u00e8re \u00e0 Anaheim 2 de sa premi\u00e8re \u00e9preuve de la saison, le pilote Honda HRC \u00e9tait bien parti pour remettre le couvert \u00e0 Glendale. Deuxi\u00e8me \u00e0 deux reprises sur les deux premi\u00e8res finales de la soir\u00e9e, il abandonnait d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res secondes de l&rsquo;ultime cours de la soir\u00e9e apr\u00e8s avoir tap\u00e9 son pied par terre \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du deuxi\u00e8me virage. La nature exacte et la gravit\u00e9 de la blessure du champion en titre ne sont pas encore connues.<\/p>\n<p>En SX250, apr\u00e8s Shimoda, Beaumer et Deegan, c&rsquo;est au tour de Jordon Smith de remporter ce samedi sa premi\u00e8re \u00e9preuve de la saison et d&rsquo;offrir ainsi son premier succ\u00e8s \u00e0 la Triumph.
