Le premier round de la s\u00e9rie hollandaise \u00ab\u00a0Dutch Masters of Motocross\u00a0\u00bb s’est disput\u00e9 ce dimanche \u00e0 Harfsen. Romain Febvre (500cc) et Cas Valk (250cc) s’y sont impos\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Dans la cat\u00e9gorie reine, le grand absent du jour \u00e9tait Jeffrey Herlings. Tr\u00e8s attendu \u00e0 Harfsen par le public hollandais, le quintuple champion du monde a d\u00fb renoncer au tout dernier moment \u00e0 prendre le d\u00e9part ce dimanche. Il semblerait que cette \u00e9preuve arrive encore un rien trop t\u00f4t pour l’officiel KTM qui pourrait d\u00e8s lors faire son retour \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition dans le cadre du 4\u00e8me GP de la saison mondiale de motocross en Sardaigne le week-end prochain.<\/p>\n

En l’absence d’Herlings, Romain Febvre ne s’est pas fait prier pour s’imposer dans les deux manches du jour. Le pilote Kawasaki, actuellement en deuxi\u00e8me position du classement provisoire sur le championnat du monde MXGP, monte sur la plus haute marche du podium \u00e0 Harfsen devant Calvin Vlaanderen (2+2) et notre compatriote Jago Geerts (4+4). Apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9but de saison MXGP compliqu\u00e9, Geerts signe un bon week-end \u00e0 Harfsen en faisant preuve de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 dans les deux courses de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

En 250cc, c’est Cas Valk qui s’impose devant son public. Le jeune Hollandais remporte lui aussi les deux manches pour devancer sur le premier podium de la saison David Braceras (3+3) et Oliver Oriol (4+4).<\/p>\n

Prochaine \u00e9tape pour les Dutch Masters of Motocross : le 26 avril \u00e0 Oldebroek. La finale se disputera quant \u00e0 elle le 18 mai \u00e0 Markelo.<\/p>\n
