Romain Febvre a remport\u00e9 ce dimanche le GP de Riola Sardo. En terminant quatri\u00e8me de la premi\u00e8re manche puis en remportant la seconde, le pilote Kawasaki a sign\u00e9 son premier succ\u00e8s de la saison, devan\u00e7ant Glenn Coldenhoff et le solide leader du classement provisoire Tim Gajser. Febvre ne s’\u00e9tait plus impos\u00e9 en MXGP depuis la saison 2023.<\/p>\n

Second hier de la manche qualificative tout en ayant sign\u00e9 le meilleur tour en course, Lucas Coenen a confirm\u00e9 ce dimanche son excellente vitesse de pointe face aux t\u00e9nors du motocross mondial. Notre compatriote a men\u00e9 de bout en bout la premi\u00e8re manche pour s’imposer brillamment face \u00e0 un excellent Glenn Coldenhoff et son co\u00e9quipier chez Fantic Andrea Bonacorsi. Revenu de la 7\u00e8me place, Romain Febvre termine 4\u00e8me juste devant les Honda HRC de Tim Gajser et Ruben Fernandez.<\/p>\n

Bien d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 remettre le couvert en seconde manche, Lucas Coenen fait sans doute preuve d’un exc\u00e8s d’optimisme dans le premier virage et part \u00e0 la faute, ce qui le contraint \u00e0 se lancer dans une course-poursuite. Rapidement revenu dans le top-15, Coenen \u00e9tait dans la roue de Jeremy Seewer en lutte pour la 8\u00e8me place lorsqu’il chutait \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute vitesse \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception d’un gros saut. Une chute qui sonnait le glas des ambitions de l’officiel KTM qui devait rentrer aux pits.<\/p>\n

Pendant ce temps, devant, la bagarre tourne \u00e0 l’avantage de Romain Febvre. Le Fran\u00e7ais s’est construit un petit avantage sur Tim Gajser, dont il peut se contenter de contr\u00f4ler le retour dans les derni\u00e8res minutes de course pour s’imposer et remporter ainsi son premier GP de la saison.<\/p>\n

Onzi\u00e8me puis dixi\u00e8me dans les manches, Jago Geerts referme le top-10 du classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Vingti\u00e8me dans la premi\u00e8re manche, Jeffrey Herlings cl\u00f4ture son week-end de reprise avec une belle 7\u00e8me place dans la seconde manche apr\u00e8s un bon d\u00e9part qui lui a permis de mener les premiers tours de course.<\/p>\n

Au provisoire, Tim Gajser conc\u00e8de 5 points \u00e0 Romain Febvre mais le Slov\u00e8ne reste solidement en t\u00eate du championnat puisqu’il compte 34 points d’avance sur son rival fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n

Prochain rendez-vous : les 12 et 13 avril sur la piste de Trentino, en Italie.<\/p>\n
