Malgr\u00e9 une grosse chute lors des essais, la soir\u00e9e s’est termin\u00e9e sur la plus haute marche du podium pour Tom Vialle \u00e0 Pittsburgh le week-end dernier. Une victoire que le Fran\u00e7ais savait cruciale s’il voulait conserver une chance de reconduire son titre SX250 sur la c\u00f4te est lors de la finale de la saison \u00e0 Salt Lake City.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0En arrivant ici \u00e0 Pittsburgh, j’avais en t\u00eate que je devais absolument gagner\u00a0\u00bb, explique Vialle qui avait quitt\u00e9 East Rutherford une semaine plus t\u00f4t avec un retard de 7 points sur le leader du provisoire Seth Hammaker. \u00ab\u00a0Et j’ai r\u00e9ussi, j’ai atteint mon objectif ! C’est vraiment super.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

La journ\u00e9e avait pourtant mal commenc\u00e9 pour l’officiel KTM, victime d’une grosse chute lors des essais. \u00ab\u00a0J’ai eu beaucoup de chance dans cette chute. Elle \u00e9tait assez brutale et j’ai cogn\u00e9 assez fort avec la t\u00eate. Mais bon, je m’en sors bien finalement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0La piste en finale \u00e9tait difficile\u00a0\u00bb, poursuit Vialle, \u00ab\u00a0mais j’avais de bonnes trajectoires. Je me sentais vraiment bien sur la moto en finale, j’ai pu rester concentr\u00e9 sur mon objectif et en prenant le lead en fin de course, j’ai su faire en sorte que les choses se passent comme pr\u00e9vu. C’est vraiment super. En reprenant la t\u00eate du championnat avec un petit point d’avance, je garde la chance de me battre pour le titre sur la finale de Salt Lake City\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Ce dernier round de la saison, le 10 mai, sera donc particuli\u00e8rement disput\u00e9 entre les pilotes de la c\u00f4te est. Trois points seulement s\u00e9parent Tom Vialle, Seth Hammaker et RJ Hampshire pour arriver sur la finale.
