Alors que les rumeurs et n\u00e9gociations vont bon train dans le paddock du Championnat du Monde MXGP, le team Honda Motoblouz SR Motul a officialis\u00e9 ce week-end la prolongation du contrat de Kevin Horgmo pour la saison 2026. Le pilote norv\u00e9gien entamera ainsi sa troisi\u00e8me saison cons\u00e9cutive sous les couleurs de l\u2019\u00e9quipe fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n

Huiti\u00e8me du classement final du Championnat du Monde MXGP en 2024, et meilleur rookie lors de ses d\u00e9buts en 450cc, Kevin Horgmo continue de confirmer son potentiel cette saison. Auteur de plusieurs top 5 depuis l\u2019ouverture du championnat, il occupe actuellement la premi\u00e8re place du championnat de France Elite MX1. Des performances solides, qui ont convaincu les dirigeants de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de miser \u00e0 nouveau sur lui pour l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux de poursuivre notre collaboration avec Kevin, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le team manager Josse Sallefranque. Depuis son passage en MXGP, il ne cesse de progresser. Gr\u00e2ce au soutien de nos partenaires, nous avons pu rapidement trouver un accord afin de p\u00e9renniser cette relation. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Un sentiment partag\u00e9 par Yves Demaria, consultant sportif au sein de la structure : \u00ab Re-signer Kevin \u00e9tait une priorit\u00e9. Pour Horgmo, cette prolongation repr\u00e9sente une opportunit\u00e9 de stabilit\u00e9, mais aussi de progression. \u00ab Je suis tr\u00e8s heureux de continuer avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Ils ont entam\u00e9 les discussions t\u00f4t cette saison, et j\u2019ai voulu leur montrer mon engagement avec une signature rapide. Maintenant que tout est r\u00e9gl\u00e9, je peux me concentrer sur la saison en cours. Je me sens bien ici, on travaille bien ensemble, et je pense qu\u2019on a encore une belle marge de progression. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Install\u00e9 dans le sud de la France, le pilote met \u00e9galement en avant un environnement de travail favorable, aussi bien sur le plan sportif que personnel : \u00ab Vivre ici rend la vie plus facile, et c\u2019est bon pour le mental. On b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie aussi de tr\u00e8s bonnes conditions d\u2019entra\u00eenement physique.
