Malgr\u00e9 tous ses efforts, Nicol\u00f2 Alvisi a d\u00fb c\u00e9der la plaque rouge \u00e0 Mano Faure ce dimanche \u00e0 Matterley Basin, en Grande-Bretagne, o\u00f9 on disputait ce week-end le 10\u00e8me des 13 rounds du championnat d’Europe EMX125. Le Fran\u00e7ais du clan Yamaha devance 3 pilotes italiens : Filippo Mantovani, Niccolo Mannini et Francesco Bellei. Le Suisse Ryan Oppliger compl\u00e8te le top-5.<\/p>\n

En tenant t\u00eate aux pilotes italiens sur la piste de Matterley Basin ce week-end, Mano Faure a sign\u00e9 le doubl\u00e9 et prend donc en Grande-Bretagne le maximum de points. Pendant ce temps, le leader du provisoire en arrivant \u00e0 Matterley Basin, Nicolo Alvisi s’est content\u00e9 d’une 8\u00e8me place et conc\u00e8de donc en une fois pas moins de 28 points \u00e0 Faure apr\u00e8s avoir notamment chut\u00e9 en d\u00e9but de premi\u00e8re manche et avoir d\u00fb se battre pour sauver les 4 petits points de la 17\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n

Vingt-huit points qui permettent \u00e0 Faure de gommer son retard sur Alvisi au classement provisoire dont il occupe d\u00e9sormais la t\u00eate avec le m\u00eame nombre de points que son rival italien alors que 3 rounds sont encore \u00e0 disputer, en Finlande, en Belgique puis en France.<\/p>\n

Premi\u00e8re manche compliqu\u00e9e pour Jarne Bervoets qui se contente samedi d’une 18\u00e8me position avant de se reprendre avec une 7\u00e8me place dans la seconde ce dimanche. Plus r\u00e9gulier avec une 9\u00e8me puis une 11\u00e8me places, Douwe Van Mechgelen est le mieux class\u00e9 de nos compatriotes \u00e0 Matterley puisque le pilote Fantic prend la 9\u00e8me place du g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Ian Ampoorter prend pour sa part 4 points en Grande-Bretagne.<\/p>\n
