Jeffrey Herlings a remport\u00e9 ce dimanche le 17\u00e8me GP de la saison de motocross MXGP. Dans son jardin, le Hollandais a sign\u00e9 un week-end parfait, remportant la manche qualificative samedi avant de s’imposer dans les deux manche du GP ce dimanche. De quoi compl\u00e9ter le bonheur des fans hollandais qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 assist\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t au triomphe de Kay de Wolf en MX2. Derri\u00e8re Herlings, Lucas Coenen, auteur de deux superbes manches,\u00a0 a \u00e9t\u00e9 le deuxi\u00e8me homme du week-end dans la cat\u00e9gorie reine.<\/p>\n

Quelle premi\u00e8re manche de Lucas Coenen ! Notre compatriote a chut\u00e9 dans le premier virage avant de se lancer dans une course-poursuite \u00e9poustouflante. Alors que devant Herlings et Coldenhoff menait la course pour le plus grand plaisir du public hollandais, Coenen \u00e9tait revenu 7\u00e8me \u00e0 la mi-course. Il s’attaquera ensuite \u00e0 Maxime Renaux, puis \u00e0 Tim Gajser, Andrea Bonacorsi avant d’avaler Coldenhoff puis Febvre dans les deux derniers tours. Il termine donc second derri\u00e8re Jeffrey Herlings qui a men\u00e9 de bout en bout.<\/p>\n

Dans la seconde, Jeffrey Herlings a men\u00e9 de bout en bout pour s’imposer devant Lucas Coenen. Parti en 15\u00e8me position, Coenen a pass\u00e9 un \u00e0 un ses adversaires pour se positionner en seconde position apr\u00e8s avoir pris le meilleur sur Gajser dans le 14\u00e8me tour. Il laisse ensuite derri\u00e8re lui Tim Gajser pour se lancer \u00e0 la poursuite de Herlings qui s’est d\u00e9j\u00e0 construit un avantage confortable. Il \u00e9chouera \u00e0 un peu moins de deux secondes du h\u00e9ros local. Septi\u00e8me, Jago Geerts franchit la ligne d’arriv\u00e9e devant Romain Febvre.<\/p>\n

Vainqueur des deux manches, Jeffrey Herlings renoue donc avec le succ\u00e8s et signe son 110\u00e8me succ\u00e8s en GP. Lucas Coenen monte sur la deuxi\u00e8me marche du podium devant Glenn Coldenhoff (4+4).<\/p>\n

Au classement provisoire, Lucas Coenen corrige le tir une semaine apr\u00e8s un week-end difficile en Su\u00e8de et reprend 11 points au leader Romain Febvre. Trois GP sont encore \u00e0 disputer cette saison. Le prochain, ce sera les 6 et 7 septembre en Turquie. Febvre et Coenen y arriveront s\u00e9par\u00e9s de 31 points.<\/p>\n
