Le PDG de Bajaj Auto annonce haut et fort sa volont\u00e9 de sortir progressivement la production des machines autrichiennes de ses bastions historiques.<\/p>\n<p>En mai dernier, le groupe KTM, en proie \u00e0 une crise financi\u00e8re sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, \u00e9tait sauv\u00e9 d&rsquo;une faillite qui semblait quasi certaine par l&rsquo;indien Bajaj Auto. Partenaire de longue date du groupe Pierer, Bajaj a investi au total quelque 800 millions d&rsquo;Euros pour sauver la marque. L&rsquo;indien d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 la manoeuvre chez KTM a exprim\u00e9 dans une r\u00e9cente interview qu&rsquo;il ne voyait pas d&rsquo;avenir \u00e0 moyen\/long terme pour la production en Europe, annon\u00e7ant par l\u00e0 une migration progressive de la production vers l&rsquo;Inde.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Bajaj, une d\u00e9localisation de la production hors Europe (suivant ainsi d&rsquo;autres fabricants europ\u00e9ens) est une manoeuvre indispensable pour assurer la marge n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 garantir la bonne sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re du groupe. De m\u00eame, Bajaj annonce avoir l&rsquo;intention de r\u00e9duire la gamme KTM pour se recentrer sur les mod\u00e8les premium.
