Une mesure qui relance le d\u00e9bat entre l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre \u00e0 trouver entre pratique des sports moteur et contraintes \u00e9cologiques.<\/p>\n<p>Le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre circuit de Lommel, fief historique du motocross belge, se retrouve \u00e0 nouveau au c\u0153ur des discussions. Et le bruit ambiant rend impossible une mesure fiable du son des motos \u00bb, explique-t-il \u00e0 nos confr\u00e8re du quotidien Het Nieuwsblad. Claes rappelle par ailleurs que, selon une \u00e9tude acoustique ind\u00e9pendante, le circuit ne d\u00e9passe pas les seuils l\u00e9gaux, m\u00eame avec trente pilotes : \u00ab L\u2019\u00e9tude prouve que nous restons sous la limite autoris\u00e9e, m\u00eame \u00e0 pleine capacit\u00e9 \u00bb, insiste-t-il.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les \u00e9cologistes saluent une \u201cvictoire \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Limburgse Milieukoepel, principale f\u00e9d\u00e9ration environnementale de la province, se r\u00e9jouit de cette d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le point de mesure n\u2019est supprim\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 condition que l\u2019impact potentiel sur la zone VEN soit mod\u00e9lis\u00e9. Cela montre que le ministre Brouns s\u2019engage pour un environnement vivable, pour les habitants comme pour la nature \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Dylan Elen, directeur de l\u2019organisation, \u00e0 la VRT. \u00ab Nous esp\u00e9rons une d\u00e9cision tout aussi courageuse concernant le circuit de Genk \u00bb, ajoute-t-il.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vers une nouvelle \u00e8re r\u00e9glementaire en 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le circuit de Lommel n\u2019entend pas rester passif. Il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 investi dans une technologie de mesure dynamique : des cam\u00e9ras et transpondeurs permettent d\u2019enregistrer automatiquement les niveaux sonores en temps r\u00e9el pour chaque pilote. Cette m\u00e9thode innovante n\u2019a toutefois pas encore re\u00e7u l\u2019aval des autorit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La ville de Lommel se pr\u00e9pare par ailleurs \u00e0 la nouvelle r\u00e9glementation environnementale flamande, pr\u00e9vue pour 2027, qui imposera des normes plus strictes et un contr\u00f4le renforc\u00e9 du bruit sur les circuits.<\/p>\n<p>Lieu embl\u00e9matique du motocross mondial, Lommel reste une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les teams MXGP comme pour des centaines d&rsquo;amateurs passionn\u00e9s. Mais le d\u00e9bat autour de la cohabitation entre sport m\u00e9canique et protection de l\u2019environnement est plus que jamais d\u2019actualit\u00e9 en Flandre. Entre les attentes des \u00e9cologistes, les contraintes politiques et le besoin l\u00e9gitime des amateurs de motocross de disposer de lieux adapt\u00e9s pour s&rsquo;adonner \u00e0 leur passion, le sable de Lommel n\u2019a vraisemblablement pas fini de faire parler de lui.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le ministre flamand de l\u2019Environnement annule partiellement une d\u00e9cision provinciale qui permettait au circuit de Lommel d\u2019accueillir plus de pilotes simultan\u00e9ment.
