Le plan doit offrir une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique aux circuits actuels. En Flandre, il ne reste plus que quatre circuits : Genk, Lommel, Lille et Olmen.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0La Flandre doit continuer \u00e0 offrir de la place aux sports qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent du bruit.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les circuits de Lille et Olmen ont perdu leur permis l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. \u00c0 Lille, une proc\u00e9dure en cassation est en cours devant le Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat et un rapport d\u2019incidences environnementales est en pr\u00e9paration afin de pouvoir introduire une nouvelle demande de permis. L&rsquo;AMC Genk a r\u00e9cemment obtenu un nouveau permis pour le circuit Horensbergdam, mais l\u2019asbl Limburgse Milieukoepel a introduit un recours. Au Parlement flamand, c\u2019est l&rsquo;\u00e9lu N-VA Andy Pieters qui m\u00e8ne le dossier motocross et a lanc\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t cette ann\u00e9e un plan de sauvetage.<\/p>\n<p>Andy Pieters sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux :<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Mardi 2 d\u00e9cembre, la Commission Environnement, Nature et Am\u00e9nagement du Territoire du Parlement flamand discutera de l\u2019avenir du moto- et rallycross en Flandre. La N-VA a introduit une note conceptuelle visant \u00e0 offrir une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique \u00e0 l\u2019octroi de permis pour les sports g\u00e9n\u00e9rant du bruit. La route est encore longue, mais nous franchissons d\u00e9j\u00e0 une nouvelle \u00e9tape mardi avec la mise \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour de la note conceptuelle pour l\u2019avenir du moto- et rallycross. La Flandre doit continuer \u00e0 offrir de la place \u00e0 ces sports, en \u00e9quilibre avec l\u2019environnement.
