Le terrain globalement roulant sur les 459 kilom\u00e8tres de secteur chronom\u00e9tr\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 boucl\u00e9s en quatre heures par l\u2019Argentin, avec 4\u201947\u2019\u2019 d\u2019avance sur Edgar Canet et 4\u201957\u2019\u2019 sur Adrien Van Beveren, auteur de sa meilleure sp\u00e9ciale depuis le d\u00e9part de Yanbu. Si le pilote KTM reste sur la troisi\u00e8me marche du podium apr\u00e8s ce coup de force, il r\u00e9duit la distance avec Ricky Brabec \u00e0 15\u2019\u2019 et soigne ses statistiques, avec une 7e sp\u00e9ciale dans sa carri\u00e8re sur le Dakar. C\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e7a de pris.<\/p>\n
Au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le trio de t\u00eate reste inchang\u00e9, avec\u00a0Daniel Sanders\u00a0au sommet, mais sa 3e place du jour ne l\u2019avantagera pas demain matin par rapport \u00e0 son plus proche rival,\u00a0Ricky Brabec, seulement post\u00e9 \u00e0 4\u201925\u2019\u2019 au g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et qui s\u2019\u00e9lancera en 10e position demain, soit 21 minutes apr\u00e8s l\u2019Australien. Le leader des Monster Energy Honda HRC s\u2019y connait en strat\u00e9gie, sa position peut lui donner le sourire.<\/p>\n
Le match pour le moment domin\u00e9 par les pilotes Red Bull KTM reste tr\u00e8s ouvert, bien que Tosha Schareina ait l\u00e9g\u00e8rement subi cette \u00e9tape entam\u00e9e en 2e position. M\u00eame avec une partie des bonifications d\u00e9di\u00e9es aux ouvreurs, l\u2019Espagnol perd du terrain sur la t\u00eate de course : son retard d\u00e9passe maintenant tout juste le quart d\u2019heure.<\/p>\n
Demain, la 8\u00e8me \u00e9tape sera une boucle d’un peu plus de 700 kilom\u00e8tres autour de Wadi Ad Dawasir avec la sp\u00e9ciale la plus longue du rallye puisque le chrono s’\u00e9tendra sur quelque 481 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n
