Ainsi, ceux qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent enfourcher leur moto plut\u00f4t que regarder les autres rouler avaient eux aussi une occasion de s\u2019aligner ce week-end.<\/p>\n<p>Dix-sept pilotes Inters avaient fait le d\u00e9placement \u00e0 Werchter, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re entre la Campine et le Hageland, pour disputer une \u00e9preuve de motocross sur un circuit appr\u00e9ci\u00e9. Que le leader du championnat, Matt\u00e9o Puffet, ait sign\u00e9 le meilleur temps des essais n\u2019a surpris personne. Dans sa roue figuraient son \u00e9quipier Simon Depoers, Matt\u00e9o Puffet, l\u2019invit\u00e9 Xim Wynant et Mark Boot. Le N\u00e9erlandais Boot avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 particip\u00e9, en guise d\u2019\u00e9chauffement avant Werchter, \u00e0 une \u00e9preuve de Supercross le vendredi soir \u00e0 Aagtekerke, aux Pays-Bas, o\u00f9 il avait d\u00e9croch\u00e9 la deuxi\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n<p>Hamerel a men\u00e9 durant exactement deux tours avant que \u00ab Patron \u00bb Puffet ne d\u00e9cide de passer \u00e0 l\u2019offensive. Boot, encore dans son rythme de Supercross, s\u2019\u00e9tait alors d\u00e9j\u00e0 hiss\u00e9 \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me place. Hamerel a conserv\u00e9 la troisi\u00e8me position, tandis que le pilote local Jonas Salaets prenait la quatri\u00e8me place. David Foguenne compl\u00e9tait le top 5. Avec sa sixi\u00e8me place, Simon Depoers terminait meilleur pilote de la cat\u00e9gorie 250cc.<\/p>\n<p>Hamerel a remis le couvert en d\u00e9but de deuxi\u00e8me manche. Le pilote du MC Mikkola menait alors devant Boot, Widar, Puffet et Salaets. Apr\u00e8s seulement deux tours en t\u00eate, il devait \u00e0 son tour s\u2019incliner face \u00e0 Matt\u00e9o Puffet, qui prenait les commandes dans le quatri\u00e8me tour et allait d\u00e9finitivement faire basculer la course en sa faveur.<\/p>\n<p>Boot parvenait \u00e0 conserver la deuxi\u00e8me place un moment, mais il devait finalement c\u00e9der dans les derniers tours face au retour de Hamerel. Le r\u00e9gional de l\u2019\u00e9tape Jonas Salaets se montrait \u00e9galement plus rapide que le N\u00e9erlandais pour s\u2019emparer de la quatri\u00e8me position. Dimitri Widar terminait cinqui\u00e8me, tandis que Yoran Moens, sixi\u00e8me, s\u2019imposait comme le meilleur pilote 250cc.<\/p>\n<p>Moens, lui aussi originaire de la r\u00e9gion, remportait \u00e9galement le classement final des quarts de litre devant Simon Depoers et C-Jay Vanderelst.
