Le dimanche, il avait tout de m\u00eame tent\u00e9 de rouler, mais avait abandonn\u00e9 dans les deux manches.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De 68 points d\u2019avance \u00e0 169 de retard<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres racontent l\u2019histoire. Apr\u00e8s son incroyable 1-1-1 en Afrique du Sud, Coenen comptait 68 points d\u2019avance sur Jeffrey Herlings et semblait alors filer vers son premier titre MXGP. En revanche, le podium final reste \u00e0 sa port\u00e9e. Tim Gajser occupe actuellement la troisi\u00e8me place et ne compte que neuf points d\u2019avance sur le Belge. Ruben Fernandez, quatri\u00e8me, est en revanche largement distanc\u00e9 par Coenen, avec 83 points de retard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le MX des Nations comme v\u00e9ritable objectif<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon ses propres dires, Coenen ne se sent pas encore \u00e0 100 %, mais il souhaite profiter d\u2019Arnhem pour accumuler des minutes de course en vue du Motocross des Nations. L\u2019\u00e9preuve, qui se d\u00e9roulera en octobre \u00e0 Ern\u00e9e, en France, repr\u00e9sente une belle opportunit\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00e9quipe belge. Avec les fr\u00e8res Coenen et Liam Everts, Team Belgium peut clairement \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l\u2019un des outsiders de premier plan.<\/p>\n<p>On ignore encore si Lucas se rendra ensuite aux \u00c9tats-Unis pour la finale de l\u2019AMA Nationals \u00e0 Ironman.<\/p>\n<p>Une chose est certaine : le sable d\u2019Arnhem lui convient particuli\u00e8rement bien. Lucas fait partie des pilotes les plus rapides sur cette surface et avait termin\u00e9 deuxi\u00e8me l\u2019an dernier sur le Motorsportpark Gelderland Midden, derri\u00e8re Herlings.
