Le d\u00e9cuple champion du monde (53 ans) participera \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve VLM organis\u00e9e par le Fun MX \u00e0 Lummen, dans une manche sp\u00e9ciale r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux pilotes de la r\u00e9gion. Et \u00ab The Legend \u00bb s\u2019alignera au guidon d\u2019une machine pour le moins particuli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>En dehors de quelques sorties occasionnelles en enduro, Everts monte d\u00e9sormais tr\u00e8s rarement sur une moto. Ce dimanche constituera donc une occasion exceptionnelle de revoir Stefan en action. Everts y a v\u00e9cu de 2009 \u00e0 2025 et entretient une relation particuli\u00e8re avec le club organisateur.<\/p>\n<p>Sa derni\u00e8re v\u00e9ritable course remonte d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 2018, lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019\u00e9tait rendu en RDC avec Thierry Klutz pour participer \u00e0 une \u00e9preuve caritative. L\u2019ancien pilote officiel Honda alignera en effet son unique CR500AF, construite par American Honda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La CR500AF de Namur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019occasion du Grand Prix de Namur en 1998, un moteur de CR500 avait \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 dans un cadre de CR250. Le Grand Prix belge 500cc n\u2019ayant pas lieu le m\u00eame week-end que le Grand Prix 250cc, Stefan avait alors une occasion r\u00eav\u00e9e de r\u00e9aliser un r\u00eave de jeunesse : rouler \u2014 et gagner \u2014 sur la Citadelle.<\/p>\n<p>Le champion du monde 250cc en titre avait alors domin\u00e9 la concurrence sur le \u00ab Monaco du motocross \u00bb.
