Cat Moto Bauerschmidt KTM est bas\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ouest de Roermond, o\u00f9 r\u00e9sident \u00e9galement les pilotes \u00e9trangers de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p>La structure s\u2019appuie sur trois figures cl\u00e9s. Andr\u00e9 Stumpf est charg\u00e9 de l\u2019encadrement et du d\u00e9veloppement des pilotes, Thomas Bauerschmidt g\u00e8re l\u2019aspect technique des motos, tandis que le Suisse Hans Rudi Berger occupe les fonctions de team manager et de partenaire strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entra\u00eenement, la technique et l\u2019encadrement sont r\u00e9unis sous un m\u00eame toit. L\u2019\u00e9quipe se concentre d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment sur la cat\u00e9gorie 250cc, car les pilotes de cette tranche d\u2019\u00e2ge poss\u00e8dent d\u00e9j\u00e0 un solide bagage technique tout en disposant encore d\u2019une importante marge de progression. Les pilotes s\u2019entra\u00eenent ensemble et se tirent mutuellement vers le haut, mais se retrouvent face \u00e0 face derri\u00e8re la grille de d\u00e9part le dimanche. C\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019\u00e9quipe ne s\u00e9lectionne pas ses pilotes uniquement sur la vitesse, mais aussi sur leur personnalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le championnat allemand ADAC MX Youngster Cup , l\u2019\u00e9quipe avait marqu\u00e9 les esprits l\u2019an dernier \u00e0 Bitche en r\u00e9alisant un tripl\u00e9 in\u00e9dit, avec trois pilotes Cat Moto sur le podium.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019an prochain, Cat Moto Bauerschmidt KTM fera monter Liam Owens en championnat du monde MX2, tout en poursuivant son engagement en EMX250.<\/p>\n<p>Bervoets et Mancini y succ\u00e9deront \u00e0 Mads Freds\u00f8e, qui rejoint Becker KTM. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, l\u2019Italien Francesco Bellei quitte l\u2019\u00e9quipe dirig\u00e9e par Andr\u00e9 Stumpf.<\/p>\n<p>Troisi\u00e8me de l\u2019EMX125 en 2024, Mancini a ensuite roul\u00e9 pour Fantic et Beddini Ducati. Il a d\u00e9croch\u00e9 un podium en Suisse, mais n\u2019est pas parvenu \u00e0 faire preuve de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 au guidon de la Ducati de s\u00e9rie.
