Les Autrichiens ne perdent d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment pas de temps et semblent bien d\u00e9cid\u00e9s \u00e0\u00a0 ne pas se reposer sur leurs lauriers. Leaders incontest\u00e9s du march\u00e9 du tout-terrain, ils entendent garder leurs concurrents \u00e0\u00a0 distance avec une gamme 2014 qui, sans \u00eatre r\u00e9volutionnaire, apporte une foule d&rsquo;\u00e9volutions qui rendent les machines oranges meilleures encore. Les pilotes de la marque dominent les championnats off-road, en enduro comme en motocross, comme jamais un autre constructeur ne l&rsquo;a fait auparavant. A un point tel que l&rsquo;on est en droit aujourd&rsquo;hui de craindre pour l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat sportif &#8211; et donc\u00a0la popularit\u00e9- de championnats cadenass\u00e9s par les teams officiels de la marque. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Mattighofen, on ne se plaint pas \u00e9videmment de cette situation pour le moins confortable. En 2012, ce ne sont pas moins de 107.142 machines qui sont sorties des cha\u00eenes de production KTM. Qualit\u00e9 de fabrication, communication, marketing, anticipation du march\u00e9, innovations technologiques,&#8230; KTM excelle dans tous les domaines et n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0\u00a0 investir massivement pour conserver l&rsquo;avantage sur ses concurrents. Ces 10 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ce ne sont pas moins de 100 millions d&rsquo;Euro qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 investis dans les infrastructure de Mattighofen en Autriche o\u00f9 travaillent aujourd&rsquo;hui plus de 2000 personnes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une\u00a0250 EXC-F compl\u00e8tement remani\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A la t\u00eate de gammes cross et enduro \u00e0\u00a0 la pointe, KTM aurait pu se contenter de quelques modifications esth\u00e9tiques pour repartir une ann\u00e9e de plus \u00e0\u00a0 la conqu\u00e8te d&rsquo;un march\u00e9 qu&rsquo;on lui sait quoi qu&rsquo;il arrive favorable. Mais, \u00e0\u00a0 Mattighofen, on sait se remettre chaque ann\u00e9e en question pour arriver avec de r\u00e9elles nouveaut\u00e9s. Outre quelques remaniements d&rsquo;ordre cosm\u00e9tique plut\u00f4t r\u00e9ussis &#8211; surtout sur les mod\u00e8les cross! -, l&rsquo;impressionnante gamme off-road (8 mod\u00e8les enduro, 6 mod\u00e8les cross et 3 mod\u00e8les mini!) du constructeur d\u00e9barque donc pour 2014 avec une foule de modifications destin\u00e9es \u00e0\u00a0 optimiser performances et fiabilit\u00e9 et une 250 En combinaison avec de nouvelles soupapes, cette modification permet \u00e0\u00a0 KTM de proposer une nouvelle 250 EXC-F plus vive encore que le mod\u00e8le qu&rsquo;elle remplace et qui affiche un couple de 4Nm de plus! On se sent imm\u00e9diatement en terrain de connaissance au guidon de la 250 EXC-F\u00a0o\u00f9, comme sur toutes les autres machines de la gamme, tout tombe naturellement sous la main. La position est naturelle, assis comme debout, et la souplesse du moteur rend les premiers\u00a0kilom\u00e8tres de chemins particuli\u00e8rement agr\u00e9ables.<\/p>\n<p>Les suspensions jouent elles aussi la carte du confort. Plus on s&rsquo;enfonce dans les\u00a0petits\u00a0sentiers de montagne de Sardaigne, plus les rochers se font omnipr\u00e9sents et plus les lacets deviennent\u00a0serr\u00e9s. Des conditions dans lesquelles la petite KTM montre\u00a0sans se faire prier un tout autre visage.\u00a0Le\u00a0nouveau moteur sort alors le grand jeu. Sans exiger d&rsquo;\u00eatre sans cesse relanc\u00e9 par le confortable et pr\u00e9cis embrayage hydraulique, le bloc de la 250 EXC-F reprend d\u00e8s les plus r\u00e9gimes avec une vivacit\u00e9 qui lui faisait parfois d\u00e9faut dans le pass\u00e9. Il d\u00e9livre ensuite une puissance importante mais tr\u00e8s lin\u00e9aire qui en fait un moteur particuli\u00e8rement performant sans \u00eatre \u00e9litiste pour autant. Il s&rsquo;essoufle \u00e9galement moins vite tout en haut. De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les suspensions r\u00e9agissent parfaitement en toutes circonstances. Souples en d\u00e9but de course, elles travaillent sur l&rsquo;ensemble du d\u00e9battement pour offrir un confort impressionnant. Et ce, quel que soit le niveau du pilote qui se trouve \u00e0\u00a0 son guidon. Les enduristes \u00ab\u00a0du dimanche\u00a0\u00bb appr\u00e9cieront sa bonne volont\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0 bas r\u00e9gimes, la souplesse de son moteur et le confort de ses suspensions, tandis que les candidats au scratch trouveront en elle l&rsquo;arme id\u00e9ale du fait de son \u00e9quilibre parfait et de son moteur \u00e0\u00a0 la fois souple et vif. S\u00e9ductrice en diable, la petite KTM sait jouer sur tous les tableaux!<\/p>\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9sirez une KTM d&rsquo;enduro pr\u00eate \u00e0\u00a0 prendre le d\u00e9part des \u00e9preuves les plus extr\u00eames, sachez que tous les mod\u00e8les de la gamme (\u00e0\u00a0 l&rsquo;exception de la 200 EXC) sont disponibles dans une version \u00ab\u00a0Six Days\u00a0\u00bb. Rien de r\u00e9volutionnaire \u00e0\u00a0 se mettre sous la dent cette ann\u00e9e donc mais des remaniements comme le nouvel habillage \u00e0\u00a0 l&rsquo;ergonomie tr\u00e8s \u00e9tudi\u00e9e, des t\u00e9s de fourche revus, un bras oscillant plus l\u00e9ger de 120 grammes gr\u00e0\u00a2ce \u00e0\u00a0 un nouveau syst\u00e8me de guide-cha\u00eene, une selle plus confortable, un guidon Renthal sans barre plus r\u00e9sistant, ou encore un syst\u00e8me de refroidissement plus efficace. Les settings des suspensions WP (fourche invers\u00e9e de 48mm, amortisseur avec biellettes) ont eux aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 revus et offrent de l&rsquo;avis g\u00e9n\u00e9ral un sensible gain de confort
