Pr\u00e8s de 400 pilotes ont pris part ce dimanche 21 juillet au motocross de W\u00e9ris, huiti\u00e8me \u00e9preuve du championnat AMPL. Le soleil de plomb qui a brill\u00e9 sur tout le pays en ce jour de F\u00eate nationale a contraint les organisateurs \u00e0\u00a0 lutter tout au long de la journ\u00e9e contre la poussi\u00e8re. Les arrosages fr\u00e9quents, ajout\u00e9s \u00e0\u00a0 une cat\u00e9gorie de non-licenci\u00e9s d\u00e9doubl\u00e9e \u00e0\u00a0 cause du nombre de pilotes, ont perturb\u00e9 l’horaire des courses et il \u00e9tait pr\u00e8s de 21h00 lorsque les derniers inters ont franchi le drapeau \u00e0\u00a0 damiers.<\/p>\n

Sur un circuit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement modifi\u00e9 par rapport aux ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, Steve Piret (2+1) et Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Weigert se sont partag\u00e9 les victoires, m\u00eame s’ils ont retrouv\u00e9 ce week-end un Yoann Hella de retour de blessure mais d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0 en super forme. En premi\u00e8re manche, Hella signe le holeshot et creuse rapidement l’\u00e9cart sur Weigert. Le pilote Honda\/JMG Racing finira cependant par caler son moteur et laissera filer le leader du championnat vers la victoire devant Steve Piret.<\/p>\n

Troisi\u00e8me de la premi\u00e8re manche, Hella se place imm\u00e9diatement dans le sillage de Steve Piret dans les premier tours de la seconde et profite d’une petite erreur du Namurois pour prendre la t\u00eate. Victime plus tard de probl\u00e8me avec le s\u00e9lecteur de vitesses, Hella devra s’arr\u00eater et laisser une nouvelles fois les premi\u00e8res places \u00e0\u00a0 Weigert et Piret, ce dernier s’imposant au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral gr\u00e0\u00a2ce \u00e0\u00a0 sa victoire en seconde manche.<\/p>\n

Troisi\u00e8me \u00e0\u00a0 2 reprises, Hella accompagne les 2 leaders du championnat sur le podium tandis que Hebette (4+5) et Hubin (5+6) compl\u00e8tent le top-5.<\/p>\n
