Les championnats mondiaux de motocross M1 et MX2 ont sans doute pris une tournure d\u00e9cisive ce dimanche à Lierop. Si, en MX2, Rattray s’est impos\u00e9 dans les 2 manches et est d\u00e9sormais pratiquement assur\u00e9 de d\u00e9crocher le titre le week-end prochain à Faenza, Steve Ramon est quant à lui pass\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement à c\u00f4t\u00e9 de son sujet à Lierop, o\u00f9 il conc\u00e8de 9 points suppl\u00e9mentaires à David Philippaerts. Autant dire que l’Italien a pris aujourd’hui une s\u00e9rieuse option sur un premier titre mondial…<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Le GP de Lierop, au m\u00eame titre que celui de Lommel il y a quelques semaines, n’a fait aucun cadeau aux t\u00e9nors du motocross mondial. Pour gagner aujourd’hui, il fallait une condition physique en b\u00e9ton, de la d\u00e9termination à revendre, sans oublier un brin de chance afin de ne pas tomber dans l’un des innombrables pi\u00e8ges tendus par un circuit sablonneux hyper exigeant.<\/p>\n

Keeno tout pr\u00e8s de la victoire<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sans une petite sortie de piste dans le 10\u00e8me tour de la premi\u00e8re manche, Ken De Dijcker aurait pu monter sur la plus haute marche du podium. Mais un filet de protection enroul\u00e9 dans la roue arri\u00e8re de la Suzuki n\u00b0 9 en a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 autrement, Keeno passant de la seconde (derri\u00e8re De reuver) à la 8\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Dans la seconde manche, De Reuver a d\u00e0\u00bb sortir le grand jeu pour revenir en 3\u00e8me position apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 percut\u00e9 par Barragan dans le premier tour. 11\u00e8me au premier passage, le pilote Honda se retrouve m\u00eame en t\u00eate au 6\u00e8me tour, avant de c\u00e9der le relais à un surprenant Manuel Priem! Notre compatriote m\u00e8nera la course 5 tours durant avant de s’effondrer jusqu’à la 9\u00e8me place. C’est ensuite Keeno qui prend le commandement pour ne plus le l\u00e0\u00a2cher et s’imposer devant Nagl (qui avait chut\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re manche alors qu’il menait) et De Reuver, qui remporte son second GP de la saison.<\/p>\n

En 4\u00e8me position, on retrouve un excellent Cl\u00e9ment Desalle (il aurait enfin trouv\u00e9 un team pour la saison prochaine…), qui est parvenu à reprendre 3 places sur les 2 derniers tours de course pour terminer devant les pilotes Yamaha David Philippaerts et Josh Coppins, qui a chut\u00e9 à 2 tours de la fin alors qu’il revenait à vitesse grand \u00ab\u00a0V\u00a0\u00bb sur De Dijcker en t\u00eate de la course.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

7\u00e8me puis 8\u00e8me seulement, Steve Ramon n’est jamais parvenu à trouver le bon rythme.
\nEn conc\u00e9dant 9 points à David Philippaerts (3+5), le champion du monde en titre arrivera à Faenza avec un retard de 14 unit\u00e9s sur le pilote Italien. Si rien n’est jou\u00e9, Ramon a peut-\u00eatre perdu le titre aujourd’hui à Lierop…<\/p>\n

Notons enfin que C\u00e9dric M\u00e9lotte place son Aprilia à 2 reprises dans les points avec une 14\u00e8me puis une 17\u00e8me places.<\/p>\n

Rattray imp\u00e9rial<\/strong><\/p>\n

En MX2, c’est \u00e9galement un grand sp\u00e9cialiste du sable qui s’est impos\u00e9 puisque Tyla Rattray signe un nouveau doubl\u00e9 et prend le large au championnat en comptant d\u00e9sormais pas moins de 33 points d’avance sur Tommy Searle. Le Britannique a pourtant fait le maximum pour tenter de contrer le Sud-Africain, mais en vain. S’il est parvenu à se maintenir dans le sillage de Rattray en premi\u00e8re manche, Searle n’a pu tenir la comparaison dans la seconde et se contente donc de 2 secondes places. Aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des 2 pilotes KTM sur le podium, on retrouve un excellent Nicolas Aubin (4+3), qui semble d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9finitivement install\u00e9 au 3\u00e8me \u00e9chelon de la hi\u00e9rarchie mondiale.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

5\u00e8me en premi\u00e8re manche apr\u00e8s une belle remont\u00e9e, Jo\u00ebl Roelants chutait au d\u00e9part de la seconde avec J\u00e9r\u00e9my Van Horebeek. Repartis en fin de peloton, les 2 pilotes KTM entamaient une remont\u00e9e qui se soldera par une m\u00e9ritoire 10\u00e8me place pour Van Horebeek, tandis que Roelants renon\u00e7ait apr\u00e8s \u00eatre parti à la faute une seconde fois.
\nApr\u00e8s avoir longtemps occup\u00e9 le 5\u00e8me rang en premi\u00e8re manche, le ‘Jerre’ avait d\u00e0\u00bb r\u00e9trograder en 8\u00e8me position. Au championnat, Van Horebeek est 9\u00e8me à 12 points seulement du 7\u00e8me rang, alors que Roelants est 14\u00e8me.<\/p>\n

Verdict final d\u00e8s le week-end prochain, à Faenza, sur les terre de David Philippaerts…<\/p>\n
