Un circuit impitoyable, truff\u00e9 d&rsquo;interminables orni\u00e8res sablonneuses et\u00a0de vagues \u00e0\u00a0 n&rsquo;en plus finir. Un circuit taill\u00e9 sur mesure\u00a0pour les sp\u00e9cialistes du sable, comme Antonio Cairoli ou Jeffrey Herlings.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rien au monde, le jeune Hollandais, double champion du monde MX2, n&rsquo;aurait voulu manquer l&rsquo;occasion de faire encore une fois \u00e9talage de sa science du pilotage dans le sable. Pourtant, une vilaine chute lors de la manche qualificative \u00e0\u00a0 Bastogne le laissait sur le carreau pour le reste de la saison. Sauf que le pilote KTM a un mental d&rsquo;acier et voulait \u00e0\u00a0 tout prix rouler devant son public ce week-end. Sans l&rsquo;annoncer officiellement, il pr\u00e9parait donc son retour pour ce GP du Benelux. Et quel retour puisqu&rsquo;il a men\u00e9 cet apr\u00e8s-midi, apr\u00e8s avoir fait l&rsquo;impasse sur les entra\u00eenements matinaux afin de pr\u00e9server son \u00e9paule, la manche qualificative MX2 de bout en bout devant son compatriote Glenn Coldenhoff et son co\u00e9quipier Jordi Tixier. Une fois de plus, et malgr\u00e9 les circonstances, la KTM 84 entrera donc demain midi en t\u00eate sur la grille de d\u00e9part&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Kevin\u00a0Fors se contente d&rsquo;une 28\u00e8me place. Parti en 18\u00e8me position, notre compatriote gagnait une place par tour lorsqu&rsquo;il chutait et se retrouvait en queue de peloton.<\/p>\n<p>En MX1, Antonio Cairoli a lui aussi men\u00e9 du premier au dernier tour la manche qualificative. D&rsquo;abord devant Desalle puis devant Bobryshev. Parti en 5\u00e8me position, Shaun Simpson remontait un \u00e0\u00a0 un ses adversaires pour venir se placer en seconde position d\u00e8s la mi-course. Le pilote terminait second derri\u00e8re Cairoli mais devant Bobryshev et Desalle. J\u00e9r\u00e9my Van Horebeek compl\u00e8te le top-5 alors que De Dycker, mal parti, se contentait d&rsquo;une sage 9\u00e8me place, juste devant Paulin et Strijbos.
