Pour garder leurs machines au top la saison prochaine, les ing\u00e9nieurs de la marque aux 3 diapasons se sont en effet content\u00e9s de leur apporter quelques modifications plut\u00f4t l\u00e9g\u00e8res. Si les Yam demeurent n\u00e9anmoins de tr\u00e8s bonnes machines, ceux qui attendaient de r\u00e9elles innovations n&rsquo;ont qu&rsquo;&agrave; prendre leur mal en patience. Le nouveau quad 450 YF-Z R de la marque, qui reprend le bloc de la 450 cross, en est d&rsquo;ailleurs \u00e9quip\u00e9. Il s&rsquo;agit en effet d&rsquo;un nouveau bras oscillant, &agrave; la fois sensiblement plus l\u00e9ger et plus rigide que celui du mill\u00e9sime 2008. Si le circuit d&rsquo;H\u00e9l\u00e9cine, tr\u00e8s (trop?) bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour notre venue n&rsquo;a pas r\u00e9ellement permis de mettre en \u00e9vidence une quelconque \u00e9volution, il semblerait que la moto gagne nettement en motricit\u00e9 en sortie de virage gr\u00e0\u00a2ce &agrave; ce nouvel \u00e9l\u00e9ment. Selon Joshua Coppins, qui a utilis\u00e9 cet oscillant cette saison sur sa machine d&rsquo;usine, il s&rsquo;agissait cette ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;une \u00e9volution majeure sur sa 450 officielle, laquelle se montrait bien plus efficace dans les trous d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration que le mod\u00e8le 2007.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-2507\" title=\"Sans \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement spectaculaire, le moteur de la 250 YZ-F reste efficace et surtout tr\u00e8s plaisant &agrave; piloter. \" src=\"http:\/\/www.motocrossmag.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/yam09_action3.jpg\" data-orig-src=\"http:\/\/www.motocrossmag.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/yam09_action3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"337\" srcset=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27500%27%20height%3D%27337%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20500%20337%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27500%27%20height%3D%27337%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/fr.motocrossmag.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/yam09_action3-300x202.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fr.motocrossmag.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/yam09_action3.jpg 500w\" data-sizes=\"auto\" data-orig-sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pour le reste du ch\u00e0\u00a2ssis, on note un \u00e9trier de frein avant plus l\u00e9ger, une nouvelle roue arri\u00e8re plus rigide et au poids lui aussi l\u00e9g\u00e8rement r\u00e9duit ainsi que des suspensions Kayaba aux settings revus. La position du guidon (toujours le fameux Pro Taper sans barre de renfort!) sur le t\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieur de fourche est quant &agrave; elle d\u00e9sormais ajustable sur 4 positions afin de s&rsquo;adapter &agrave; tous les gabarits.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-2506\" title=\"Sur la 250 comme la 450, le ch\u00e0\u00a2ssis Yamaha est un parfait compromis entre maniabilit\u00e9 et rigidit\u00e9.\" src=\"http:\/\/www.motocrossmag.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/yam09_action2.jpg\" data-orig-src=\"http:\/\/www.motocrossmag.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/yam09_action2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"327\" srcset=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27500%27%20height%3D%27327%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20500%20327%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27500%27%20height%3D%27327%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/fr.motocrossmag.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/yam09_action2-300x196.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fr.motocrossmag.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/yam09_action2.jpg 500w\" data-sizes=\"auto\" data-orig-sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En piste, les Yam conservent forc\u00e9ment toutes les qualit\u00e9s qui ont fait d&rsquo;elles des best-sellers. La position est naturelle, tandis que le ch\u00e0\u00a2ssis d\u00e9gage une impression de grande l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 tout en offrant suffisamment de rigueur que pour se montrer rassurantes en toutes circonstances. Le train avant est pr\u00e9cis et permet de placer la moto tr\u00e8s facilement, m\u00eame dans les \u00e9pingles les plus serr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le bloc de la 450, s&rsquo;il a perdu la relative brutalit\u00e9 dont il a pu faire preuve &agrave; ses d\u00e9buts (de 2003 &agrave; 2005), reste plut\u00f4t \u00e9nergique et demande encore beaucoup d&rsquo;attention lorsque la piste se fait plus technique. Il n&rsquo;offre en tout cas pas la souplesse et la facilit\u00e9 dont t\u00e9moignent d\u00e9sormais ses rivaux &agrave; injection&#8230; En revanche, &agrave; mi et haut r\u00e9gimes, il reste plein de sant\u00e9 et n&rsquo;a certainement rien &agrave; envier &agrave; personne.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-2505\" title=\"La 250 YZ-F ne change pratiquement pas mais reste une valeur s\u00e0\u00bbre de la cat\u00e9gorie.\" src=\"http:\/\/www.motocrossmag.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/yam09_action1.jpg\" data-orig-src=\"http:\/\/www.motocrossmag.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/yam09_action1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"467\" height=\"700\" srcset=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27467%27%20height%3D%27700%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20467%20700%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27467%27%20height%3D%27700%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/fr.motocrossmag.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/yam09_action1-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/fr.motocrossmag.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/yam09_action1.jpg 467w\" data-sizes=\"auto\" data-orig-sizes=\"(max-width: 467px) 100vw, 467px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le bloc de la 250, qui re\u00e7oit une nouvelle programmation de CDI et une commande d&#8217;embrayage inspir\u00e9e de la 450, se montre pour sa part particuli\u00e8rement plaisant &agrave; piloter. Pas particuli\u00e8rement explosif, voire un poil d\u00e9cevant en termes de performances pures, le petit 4-temps Yamaha r\u00e9pond pr\u00e9sent &agrave; tous les r\u00e9gimes et se veut tr\u00e8s joueur, d&rsquo;autant plus que la nouvelle d\u00e9multiplication finale particuli\u00e8rement courte incite &agrave; jongler avec les vitesses. A haut r\u00e9gime, on regrettera cependant que notre mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;essai &agrave; peine r\u00f4d\u00e9 plafonne rapidement&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Pas de r\u00e9elle surprise donc sur ces nouvelles 250 et 450 YZF, qui restent fid\u00e8le &agrave; leur image de machines tr\u00e8s homog\u00e8nes et abouties. Les vraies nouveaut\u00e9s, ce sera vraisemblablement pour 2010.
