La septi\u00e8me \u00e9preuve du championnat d’\u00e9t\u00e9 de l’AMPL se d\u00e9roulait ce dimanche sur le circuit panoramique de W\u00e9ris, pr\u00e8s de Durbuy. Un trac\u00e9 naturel en prairie qui avait attir\u00e9 une fois de plus de nombreux pilotes puisqu’ils \u00e9taient plus de 450 pilotes au d\u00e9part de l’\u00e9preuve, dont pr\u00e8s de 70 licenci\u00e9s \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s la pluie et la boue \u00e0 Libin le dernier week-end de juin, c’est la canicule qui \u00e9tait cette fois au rendez-vous.<\/p>\n

Des conditions \u00e9prouvantes qui n’ont pas fait trembler le leader du championnat, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Weigert. Le pilote Kawasaki ajoute \u00e0 W\u00e9ris une victoire suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 son impressionnant palmar\u00e8s cette saison. Auteur des holeshots dans les 2 manches, Jordan H\u00e9bette a cependant donn\u00e9 pas mal de fil \u00e0 retordre \u00e0 Weigert en premi\u00e8re manche. D\u00e9bord\u00e9 par Weigert d\u00e8s le second tour, le pilote d’Havelange restait dans la roue de la Kawasaki du pilote WJM jusqu’\u00e0 mi-course avant de parvenir \u00e0 lui reprendre le leadership. Une manoeuvre qui obligea Weigert \u00e0 sortir le grand jeu pour reprendre la t\u00eate de la course et s’imposer finalement devant le pilote KTM et C\u00e9dric Cremer, le double champion de Belgique d’enduro, au terme de ce qui fut sans doute l’une des plus belles manches \u00e0 l’AMPL cette saison.<\/p>\n

Des pilotes que l’on retrouve \u00e9galement aux avant-postes dans la seconde manche, Weigert s’imposant devant H\u00e9bette, Cremer, Piret et Magen. Au g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ce sont \u00e9videmment H\u00e9bette et Cremer qui accompagnent Weigert sur le podium tandis Piret (5+4) et Vilvorder (4+6), qui semble monter en puissance sur les derni\u00e8res \u00e9preuves, compl\u00e8tent le top-5.<\/p>\n

Prochaine \u00e9preuve AMPL \u00e0 Goesdorf, au Grand-Duch\u00e9 de Luxembourg, ce dimanche 27 juillet.<\/p>\n
