Ils partiront de Buenos Aires, en Argentine, pour pr\u00e8s de 9000 kilom\u00e8tres d&rsquo;une aventure qui les ram\u00e8nera, deux semaines plus tard, dans la capitale argentine. Un p\u00e9riple qui demande une pr\u00e9paration extr\u00eame, tant pour les hommes que pour les machines. Chez Yamaha, on a mis toutes les chances de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 en pr\u00e9parant pour le Dakar 2015 une toute nouvelle version de la WR450F Rally.<\/p>\n<p>Gonfl\u00e9s \u00e0 bloc apr\u00e8s la 3\u00e8me place d&rsquo;Olivier Pain l&rsquo;an pass\u00e9 et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;apport du quintuple vainqueur de l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve Cyril Despres, les ing\u00e9nieurs et les techniciens du team Yamaha ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une version \u00ab\u00a0rallye\u00a0\u00bb de la WR-F 450 qui s&rsquo;appuie sur la base redoutable et \u00e9prouv\u00e9e de la 450 YZ-F, avec son monocylindre inclin\u00e9 vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re. Bien s\u00fbr, la machine a re\u00e7u un d\u00e9veloppement sp\u00e9cifique afin de devenir une v\u00e9ritable machine de rallye-raid. Ainsi, un d\u00e9marreur \u00e9lectrique fait notamment son apparition sur le guidon de la machine.<\/p>\n<p>Mais le principal d\u00e9veloppement n&rsquo;est pas l\u00e0. \u00ab\u00a0La caract\u00e9ristique essentielle de notre machine\u00a0\u00bb, explique Jos\u00e9 Leloir, \u00ab\u00a0c&rsquo;est le r\u00e9servoir \u00e0 essence en une seule pi\u00e8ce qui int\u00e8gre l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re-cadre. Une des principales questions quand on d\u00e9veloppe une machine telle que celle-ci est de savoir o\u00f9 et comment stocker les 35 litres d&rsquo;essence n\u00e9cessaires. L&rsquo;an pass\u00e9, nous avions 5 r\u00e9servoirs ind\u00e9pendants, tous reli\u00e9s les uns aux autres et n\u00e9cessitant chacun une pompe. Avec notre r\u00e9servoir unique en carbone cette ann\u00e9e, tout est beaucoup plus simple. Nous gagnons ainsi tant en poids qu&rsquo;en fiabilit\u00e9. Au total, ce sont 10Kg qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 gagn\u00e9s. Sans compter que la maintenance de la machine durant la course sera beaucoup plus simple.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<div class=\"rgg-container\" data-rgg-id=\"1\">    <div class=\"rgg-imagegrid captions-title le choix de ce r\u00e9servoir unique effectu\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, continue Jos\u00e9 Leloir, \u00ab\u00a0il nous a fallu beaucoup travaill\u00e9 afin d&rsquo;obtenir le comportement souhait\u00e9 par les pilotes \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 la nouvelle r\u00e9partition du poids sur l&rsquo;ensemble de la moto. La fourche, l&rsquo;amortisseur, le bras oscillant,&#8230; beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments ont d\u00fb \u00eatre repens\u00e9s pour obtenir le r\u00e9sultat souhait\u00e9. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je suis heureux de pouvoir dire que nous avons une machine \u00e0 la fois stable \u00e0 haute vitesse et maniable dans les passages plus techniques que l&rsquo;on peut rencontrer sur un Dakar.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Cerise sur le g\u00e2teau: la nouvelle WR-F Rally est \u00e9galement plus rapide. Sa vitesse de pointe serait, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;adoption d&rsquo;un nouveau syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;injection incluant un module de gestion de la traction, 10% plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Et tout cela en offrant un caract\u00e8re moteur moins \u00e9prouvant pour le pilote et une consommation en carburant \u00e0 la baisse.<\/p>\n<p>A n&rsquo;en pas douter, les pilotes officiels Yamaha, Olivier Pain et ses co\u00e9quipiers Micha\u00ebl Metzge et Alessandro Botturi, seront mieux arm\u00e9s que jamais pour le Dakar 2015. La nouvelle WR-F 450 Rally devrait leur permettre d&rsquo;exprimer au mieux leur talent et, qui sait, de faire de l&rsquo;ombre \u00e0 l&rsquo;armada KTM sur un Dakar qui est depuis longtemps la chasse gard\u00e9e du constructeur autrichien.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans moins d&rsquo;une semaine, ce sera le grand jour pour les concurrents du Dakar 2015.
