Pour palier \u00e0 ce manquement ind\u00e9niable, un pr\u00e9parateur en provenance du sud-ouest de la France a mis tout son savoir-faire dans la r\u00e9alisation un kit moteur qui transforme votre CRF 450cc en une arme redoutable et, surtout, plus exploitable\u2026<\/p>\n<p>David Fersztenfeld, alias SMX, conna\u00eet les CRF dans les moindres d\u00e9tails. Une base de 450 CR-F d\u00e9gonfl\u00e9e qui rend la belle rouge bien plus exploitable.<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"size-full wp-image-29449\">Objectif avou\u00e9 de cette 350cc: trouver un juste milieu entre l\u2019agressivit\u00e9 de la 250cc et le couple et la puissance de la 450cc. Le tout pour un obtenir une machine plus exploitable pour le commun des pilotes. Deux versions sont propos\u00e9es, la premi\u00e8re avec une modif\u2019 culasse\/cylindre\/vilebrequin (le travail de rectification \u00e9tant effectu\u00e9 sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019origine) et une seconde sur la m\u00eame base mais proposant des soupapes en titane.<\/p>\n<p>Bien relay\u00e9 par son coll\u00e8gue Jean-Francois Cabu, il nous a fait parvenir \u00e0 l\u2019essai un mod\u00e8le 2014 de son proto 350cc. Un terrain d\u2019automne bien gras et un essoreur de poign\u00e9es hors pair en la personne du jeune Erik Willems. Franchement on ne dirait pas \u00eatre assis sur une base de 450cc. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement l\u2019impression que l\u2019\u00e9quilibre de la moto bascule un peu vers l\u2019avant. Parfait pour la terre mais il y aura certainement un set up \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir dans le sable ou la grosse boue\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0C\u00f4t\u00e9 moteur, c\u2019est un vrai r\u00e9gal. Ici, le terrain n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s grand et il est parfois compliqu\u00e9 d\u2019exploiter pleinement un 450cc. Personnellement j\u2019aime des moteur hyper remplis \u00e0 bas r\u00e9gime, c\u2019est la seule plage ou j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 le 350cc un brin faible\u00a0\u00bb, poursuit-il.\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0Il faut parfois relancer \u00e0 l\u2019embrayage sur les \u00e9pingles en 2\u00e8me et je d\u00e9teste ca\u00a0! (rires). A mi-r\u00e9gime, elle trouve son \u00e9quilibre et gagne en couple (plus que la 250 mais moins que la 450cc, bien \u00e9videmment). Et que dire des hauts r\u00e9gimes ? Elle est rageuse, agressive, et prend des tours \u00e0 ne plus en voir la fin. Les courbes sont l\u00e0 pour le confirmer !<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Si on d\u00e9cortique les courbes, on se rend d\u2019ailleurs compte des qualit\u00e9s du kit, notamment en termes de tours pris \u00e0 hauts r\u00e9gimes. Une valeur que David aurait pu accroitre encore mais qu\u2019il a volontairement voulu limiter pour \u00e9viter de fragiliser les \u00e9l\u00e9ments moteurs. En effet, contrairement \u00e0 d\u2019autres kits, celui-ci ne consiste pas \u00e0 augmenter mais bien \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la cylindr\u00e9e d\u2019origine. On y inflige donc moins de contraintes en termes de charges (d\u00fb \u00e0 la cylindr\u00e9e moins importante) mais plus que d\u2019origine en termes de tours\/minutes.
