Dans le sable montois, le vice-champion du monde s&rsquo;est impos\u00e9 face \u00e0 Ken De Dycker et un surprenant Steve Ramon. Dans la cat\u00e9gorie MX2, d\u00e9monstration de Brent Van Doninck qui enl\u00e8ve les 3 manches et devance sur le podium du jour C\u00e9dric Grobben et Damon Graulus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un doux soleil printannier illuminait le circuit du Bois Br\u00fble ce dimanche apr\u00e8s-midi. Une belle r\u00e9compense pour le RAMC Mons qui organisait pour la 37\u00e8me fois son fameux motocross du Doudou. Il y avait d&rsquo;ailleurs du monde aux abords du circuit montois pour assister \u00e0 la seconde manche du championnat de Belgique de motocross. Vainqueur autoritaire des 3 manches il y a 3 semaines \u00e0 Moerbeke, J\u00e9r\u00e9my Van Horebeek \u00e9tait le favori logique de l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve, m\u00eame si l&rsquo;on savait Ken De Dycker tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de renouer avec la victoire sur un circuit exigeant qui lui convient plut\u00f4t bien. Op\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la main juste apr\u00e8s Moerbeke, Kevin Strijbos \u00e9tait quant \u00e0 lui absent.<\/p>\n<p>Les choses d\u00e9marraient plut\u00f4t mal pour J\u00e9r\u00e9my Van Horebeek. Accroch\u00e9 en plein saut lors des premiers instants de course, il entamait la premi\u00e8re manche en fin de peloton. Devant, Ken De Dycker a pris le commandement des op\u00e9rations et ne va plus le quitter jusqu&rsquo;au drapeau \u00e0 damiers. Longtemps, Steve Ramon semblait en mesure de conserver la seconde place mais le pilote Suzuki ne pouvait rien faire face \u00e0 la remont\u00e9e imparable de J\u00e9r\u00e9my Van Horebeek, qui lui volait le premier accessit \u00e0 deux tours de la fin et finissait \u00e0 10 secondes de Ken De Dycker. Le pilote KTM signait ainsi \u00e0 Mons son premier succ\u00e8s depuis 2013 ! Si Steve Ramon partait en t\u00eate, la Yamaha 89 ne mettait pas longtemps \u00e0 prendre la premi\u00e8re place. D&rsquo;abord avec un Ken De Dycker d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas la laisser s&rsquo;\u00e9chapper, seule en t\u00eate lorsque, apr\u00e8s quelques tours, Keeno, encore en manque de roulage, devait se r\u00e9soudre \u00e0 baisser le rythme et \u00e0 laisser The Jerre s&rsquo;envoler vers la victoire. Steve Ramon a bien failli devoir laisser sa 3\u00e8me place \u00e0 l&rsquo;excellent Brent Van Doninck, une fois de plus surprenant d&rsquo;aisance avec sa Yamaha 250 face aux 450. Mais le pilote Kemea chutait dans le tout dernier tour et se contentait finalement de la 6\u00e8me place derri\u00e8re le Britannique Ryan Houghton et Marvin Van Daele.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De Dycker dans la course \u00e0 la victoire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avant le d\u00e9part de la 3\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re manche, 2 hommes peuvent encore s&rsquo;imposer: de J\u00e9r\u00e9my Van Horebeek et de Ken De Dycker, celui qui parviendra \u00e0 pr\u00e9c\u00e9der l&rsquo;autre acc\u00e8dera \u00e0 la plus haute marche du podium du jour. On esp\u00e9rait donc une manche \u00e0 suspens. Ce sont d&rsquo;ailleurs les 2 hommes qui d&#8217;embl\u00e9e ressortent du Bois Br\u00fbl\u00e9 en t\u00eate de la meute. Ken De Dycker est dans la roue de Van Horebeek et semble pr\u00eat \u00e0 sortir le grand jeu. H\u00e9las, l&rsquo;officiel KTM a beau faire preuve de toute la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;on lui conna\u00eet en pareilles circonstances, quelques petites erreurs de pilotage lui ont co\u00fbt\u00e9 tr\u00e8s cher face \u00e0 un Van Horebeek impressionnant d&rsquo;aisance sur l&rsquo;impitoyable circuit montois, hyper-exigeant en fin de journ\u00e9e. Derri\u00e8re les 2 leaders, on retrouve encore une fois, mais isol\u00e9s, Steve Ramon, qui est parvenu \u00e0 prendre le meilleur sur Yentel Martens \u00e0 la mi-course, et quelques secondes derri\u00e8re l&rsquo;ancien champion du monde, Brent Van Doninck, l&rsquo;intouchable triple vainqueur de la classe MX2.<\/p>\n<p>Vainqueur de 2 des 3 manches, c&rsquo;est donc J\u00e9r\u00e9my Van Horebeek qui acc\u00e8de \u00e0 la plus haute marche du podium devant Ken De Dycker et Steve Ramon. Yentel Martens et Marvin Van Daele compl\u00e8tent le top-5. Quatri\u00e8me \u00e0 Moerbeke, Jeffrey Dewulf a connu des manches difficiles \u00e0 Mons et ne termine que 14\u00e8me. Le pilote Yamaha perd sa 4\u00e8me position au classement provisoire au profit de Yentel Martens alors que c&rsquo;est Steve Ramon qui est d\u00e9sormais 3\u00e8me derri\u00e8re Van Horebeek et De Dycker, Keeno comptant d\u00e9j\u00e0 38 points de retard sur le champion de Belgique en titre.<\/p>\n<p>En MX2, Brent Van Doninck remporte lui aussi sa deuxi\u00e8me victoire de la saison. Le pilote Yamaha compte 22 points d&rsquo;avance sur son co\u00e9quipier Damon Graulus, 3\u00e8me \u00e0 Mons, au classement provisoire du championnat.<\/p>\n<p>Prochain rendez-vous pour le championnat de Belgique: la 50\u00e8me \u00e9dition du motocross de Kester, les 6 et 7 juin.<\/p>\n<p>Texte: O.
