La chaleur qui r\u00e9gnait \u00e0 Uddevalla ce week-end avait rendu le circuit tr\u00e8s pi\u00e9geux avec des endroits extr\u00eamement glissants et des orni\u00e8res dures.<\/p>\n

Ces conditions particuli\u00e8res n\u2019ont gu\u00e8re d\u00e9rang\u00e9 l\u2019homme en forme du moment et par ailleurs leader du classement provisoire, Romain Febvre, qui a remport\u00e9 magistralement les deux manches.<\/p>\n

Dans la premi\u00e8re manche, Febvre a pris la t\u00eate des op\u00e9rations d\u00e8s le premier virage et il a (d\u00e9)roul\u00e9 sans \u00eatre le moins du monde d\u00e9rang\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au drapeau \u00e0 damier. Derri\u00e8re lui, on a trouv\u00e9 dans un premier temps Evgeny Bobryshev mais le pilote russe a d\u00fb abandonner sur ennuis techniques au huiti\u00e8me tour, c\u00e9dant ainsi sa place \u00e0 notre compatriote Jeremy Van Horebeek qui a suivi son co-\u00e9quipier Febvre \u00e0 bonne distance. Derri\u00e8re, un groupe de pilotes compos\u00e9 de Shaun Simpson, Todd Waters et Gautier Paulin s\u2019est battu pour la troisi\u00e8me place sur le podium, celle-ci revenant finalement \u00e0 Simpson.<\/p>\n

A la reprise, c\u2019est Kevin Strijbos qui cette fois partait bien et prenait la t\u00eate de la course avec l\u2019in\u00e9vitable Romain Febvre dans sa roue. Antonio Cairoli \u00e9tait troisi\u00e8me mais on sentait que le pilote italien ne viendrait jamais ennuyer les deux hommes de t\u00eate. Il en \u00e9tait de m\u00eame pour les deux pilotes suivants, Todd Waters et Jeremy Van Horebeek. La lutte pour la premi\u00e8re place \u00e9tait donc circonscrite \u00e0 Strijbos et Lefebvre. Mis sous pression par Febvre, le Belge ne s\u2019en laissait pas conter et il r\u00e9sistait tr\u00e8s bien jusqu\u2019\u00e0 trois tours de la fin, moment que choisissait Febvre pour r\u00e9ussir une splendide manoeuvre de d\u00e9passement qui laissait Strijbos sans r\u00e9action. La messe \u00e9tait dite et le pilote Yamaha pouvait foncer vers la victoire de manche et du GP. Vainqueur une quatri\u00e8me fois d\u2019affil\u00e9e, qui pourra d\u00e9sormais mettre Romain Febvre en danger?<\/p>\n

En MX2, si Jeffrey Herlings a \u00e9t\u00e9 imp\u00e9rial en premi\u00e8re manche en l\u2019emportant avec une confortable avance sur Tim Gasjer apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00fb prendre le meilleur sur son co-\u00e9quipier Pauls Jonass au onzi\u00e8me tour. Par contre, dans la deuxi\u00e8me manche, c\u2019\u00e9tait la chute et l\u2019abandon d\u00e8s le premier tour pour Herlings qui laissait le champ libre \u00e0 Tim Gasjer pour remporter et la manche et le GP. On notera aussi la tr\u00e8s belle course de Jeremy Seewer qui a tr\u00e8s bien r\u00e9sist\u00e9 \u00e0 Jordi Tixier, ce qui lui a permis de terminer deuxi\u00e8me de la manche et troisi\u00e8me du GP derri\u00e8re un autre Suisse, Valentin Guillod. Notre compatriote Brent Van Doninck s\u2019est class\u00e9 sixi\u00e8me au g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n
