Mais il a aussi pris le pli de revenir en super forme et d&rsquo;effectuer des fins de saison imparables. L&rsquo;ancien leader du championnat a ainsi effectu\u00e9 une fois de plus un retour suprenant aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00e0 Mantova. Sur une piste plut\u00f4t d\u00e9licate sur laquelle de nombreux t\u00e9nors (dont J\u00e9r\u00e9my Van Horebeek ou Shaun Simpson) sont partis \u00e0 la faute, l&rsquo;officiel Husqvarna a ainsi men\u00e9 une course tranquille pour prendre \u00e0 la mi-course le leadership occup\u00e9 par le Su\u00e9dois de chez 24MX\/Honda Filip Bengtsson. L&rsquo;Allemand s&rsquo;impose finalement devant un trio fran\u00e7ais compos\u00e9 de Gautier Paulin, Romain F\u00e8bvre et Christophe Charlier, \u00e0 une encourageante 5\u00e8me position.<\/p>\n<p>Si une chute emp\u00eache Van Horebeek de pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 mieux qu&rsquo;une 15\u00e8me position, Kevin Strijbos a quant \u00e0 lui roul\u00e9 une course extr\u00eamement prudente qu&rsquo;il termine \u00e0 la 14\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00ab\u00a0Wild Cards\u00a0\u00bb Mike Vanderstraeten et Bryan Boulard terminent respectivement 22 et 26\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<h5>Jordi Tixier \u00e9limin\u00e9 de la course au titre<\/h5>\n<p>En MX2, la journ\u00e9e a d&rsquo;abord \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e avant-m\u00eame le d\u00e9but de la manche qualificative par l&rsquo;\u00e9limination de Jordi Tixier, encore dans la course au titre MX2. Victime d&rsquo;une lourde chute dans la s\u00e9ance chronom\u00e9tr\u00e9e, le champion du monde en titre souffrirait du poignet et n&rsquo;a donc pas pris le d\u00e9part de la manche qualificative, pas plus qu&rsquo;il ne prendra demain le d\u00e9part du GP de Mantova. Dommage&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>En course, c&rsquo;est Max Anstie qui est sorti vainqueur de son duel avec Valentin Guillod alors que J\u00e9r\u00e9my Seewer prend la 3\u00e8me place devant Pauls Jonass. Damon Graulus est excellent 6\u00e8me devant son co\u00e9quipier Beno\u00eet Paturel et le jeune Allemand Brian Hsu. Jens Getteman est 11\u00e8me devant Tim Gasjer, mal parti et qui a eu du mal \u00e0 remonter dans le peloton.
