Une semaine apr\u00e8s Warsage, les pilotes AMPL \u00e9tait \u00e0 nouveau en province de Li\u00e8ge pour la 10\u00e8me \u00e9preuve de leur championnat disput\u00e9e ce dimanche sur le circuit de Recht, pr\u00e8s de Saint-Vith. La journ\u00e9e a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sous le soleil pour s’achever sous la pluie mais le trac\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par le MC Recht est rest\u00e9 praticable jusqu’en fin de journ\u00e9e, malgr\u00e9 les quelque 390 pilotes pr\u00e9sents.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chez les Inters, Steve Piret, bless\u00e9 lors de la finale du championnat de Printemps \u00e0 Goesdorf, retrouve son meilleur niveau. Sur le podium la semaine pass\u00e9e \u00e0 Warsage, le pilote Kawasaki s’impose \u00e0 Recht devant Jordan Hebette et Eric Hubin. Bien parti en premi\u00e8re manche, le Namurois devra laisser passer le leader du classement provisoire Jordan Hebette, moins bien parti, en fin de course pour terminer 3\u00e8me derri\u00e8re Thomas Vilvorder, en t\u00eate depuis le premier tour de course, et Hebette. Eric Hubin termine la manche en 4\u00e8me position devant Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Weigert.<\/p>\n

Des conditions tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes attendent les pilotes inters pour leur seconde manche puisque la pluie s’est install\u00e9e sur Recht et rend le circuit particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9licat. Des conditions dans lesquelles plusieurs t\u00e9nors vont partir \u00e0 la faute, comme le vainqueur de la premi\u00e8re manche Thomas Vilvorder qui se coince dans les cordes et doit abandonner ou encore Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Weigert, pourtant parti en t\u00eate. Une course d\u00e9licate que va n\u00e9gocier \u00e0 la perfection Steve Piret pour s’imposer finalement devant Jordan H\u00e9bette et Eric Hubin. Les 3 hommes terminent d’ailleurs dans cet ordre sur le podium du jour alors que Bernard Beaujean et Lo\u00efc Begon compl\u00e8tent le top-5.<\/p>\n

Retour en province de Luxembourg le week-end prochain avec l’\u00e9preuve de Wardin, pr\u00e8s de Bastogne.<\/p>\n
