Cette fois, c’est fait ! Romain F\u00e8bvre est devenu cet apr\u00e8s-midi \u00e0 Assen champion du monde dans la cat\u00e9gorie reine du motocross mondial. Alors que 2 GP, au Mexique et aux USA, restent \u00e0 disputer, l’officiel Yamaha compte ce soir 102 points d’avance sur\u00a0 son compatriote Gautier Paulin et ne peut plus \u00eatre rejoint. Un titre mondial plus que m\u00e9rit\u00e9 pour le rookie de la cat\u00e9gorie qui a domin\u00e9 la seconde moiti\u00e9 de saison tout en \u00e9vitant les erreurs et les blessures pour r\u00e9ussi l’exploit de coiffer le titre pour sa toute premi\u00e8re saison dans la cat\u00e9gorie. Une performance qui n’\u00e9tait plus arriv\u00e9e depuis 2008 et l’\u00e9mergence dans la cat\u00e9gorie reine d’un certain Antonio Cairoli !<\/p>\n

Comme il en a l’habitude, F\u00e8bvre y a mis la mani\u00e8re puisqu’il n’a pas manqu\u00e9 de s’imposer dans la seconde manche devant Glenn Colenhoff (2+4) et Shaun Simpson (1+3), qui remporte lui le GP.<\/p>\n

Deuxi\u00e8me hier dans la manche qualif, J\u00e9r\u00e9my Van Horebeek se contente aujourd’hui de deux 7\u00e8mes places tandis que J\u00e9r\u00e9my Delinc\u00e9, pour se seconde apparition de la saison sur le championnat, marque de bons points avec une 17\u00e8me et une 16\u00e8me places.<\/p>\n

Premier podium MX2 pour Brent Van Doninck !<\/h5>\n

En MX2, l’intensit\u00e9 de la lutte pour le titre mondial est encore mont\u00e9 d’un cran ce dimanche. Tim Gasjer s’impose dans le sable hollandais et profite par la m\u00eame occasion d’une performance en demi-teinte de Pauls Jonass pour subtiliser au pilote KTM la plaque rouge. Max Anstie, vainqueur de la seconde manche, accompagne Gasjer sur le podium tandis que Brent Van Doninck acc\u00e8de au premier podium MX2 de sa jeune carri\u00e8re apr\u00e8s deux excellentes 4\u00e8mes places dans les manches. Troisi\u00e8me en premi\u00e8re manche, Julien Lieber termine 6\u00e8me dans la seconde et \u00e9choue au pied du podium, ce qui place 2 Belges dans le top-5 de la cat\u00e9gorie !<\/p>\n
