<\/a>David Philippaerts s’est replac\u00e9 aujourd’hui dans la course au titre en remportant le GP de Grande-Bretagne devant Max Nagl et Cl\u00e9ment Desalle. Une victoire qui permet au pilote Yamaha de remonter en seconde place au classement provisoire MX1, 34 points derri\u00e8re son compatriote Antonio Cairoli, diminu\u00e9 par une grosse chute samedi apr\u00e8s-midi lors de la manche qualificative et 8\u00e8me seulement à Mallory Park.
\nEn MX2, tripl\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais avec la victoire du leader du championnat Marvin Musquin devant Steven Frossard et Gautier Paulin.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Pas vraiment trenscendant sur les premiers GP, David Philippaerts semble vouloir à nouveau jouer la carte de la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9, une strat\u00e9gie qui lui a offert l’an pass\u00e9 un premier titre mondial et qui pourrait bien lui en offrir un second d\u00e8s cette ann\u00e9e. Le pilote Yamaha a en tout cas r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la toute bonne op\u00e9ration aujourd’hui à Mallory Park en remportant sa premi\u00e8re victoire de la saison. Une victoire qui lui permet de remonter aujourd’hui en seconde position au classement provisoire du championnat, à 34 points d’Antonio Cairoli. Un retard qui peut para\u00eetre important -et qui le serait sans doute moins si ce m\u00eame Cairoli n’avait pas percut\u00e9 la Yamaha n\u00b019 à Agueda, provoquant l’abandon de Philippaerts… – mais qui l’est moins lorsque l’on sait que Cairoli est lui-m\u00eame diminu\u00e9 physiquement à cause d’une grosse chute dans le premier tour de la manche qualificative samedi. Le leader du championnat sera-t-il à 100% le week-end prochain à Ern\u00e9e? Rien n’est moins s\u00e0\u00bbr… et Philippaerts pourrait en profiter pour revenir au contact au championnat.<\/p>\n

Souffrant toujours des s\u00e9quelles de sa chute en premi\u00e8re manche à Bellpuig, Ken De Dycker a quant à lui compl\u00e8tement perdu pied au championnat. Son abandon dans la premi\u00e8re manche espagnole et ses prestations en demi-teinte aujourd’hui en Angleterre (6+11) lui font d\u00e9sormais accuser un retard de 47 points sur Cairoli. A presque mi-saison et à ce niveau de comp\u00e9tition, cela semble d\u00e9finitivement cuit pour Keeno, qui devra vraisemblablement à nouveau se contenter d’une place d’honneur en fin de saison. Dommage, car le pilote Suzuki semblait, il y a quelques semaines encore, le mieux arm\u00e9 pour contrer la machine \u00ab\u00a0Cairoli\u00a0\u00bb…<\/p>\n

Troisi\u00e8me podium pour Desalle<\/strong><\/p>\n

Si Keeno d\u00e9gringole, les supporters belges peuvent se consoler avec les r\u00e9sultats de Cl\u00e9ment Desalle. Le pilote LS Motors est mont\u00e9 à Mallory Park sur son 3\u00e8me podium cette saison et revient sur la t\u00eate du championnat à vitesse grand V. Bien plac\u00e9 dans toutes les manches depuis le d\u00e9but du championnat, le pilote Honda peut aujourd’hui ambitionner le 3\u00e8me \u00e9chelon de la hi\u00e9rarchie mondiale, dont il n’est plus s\u00e9par\u00e9 que de 11 points!<\/p>\n

Une position qui est occup\u00e9e pour le moment par Jonathan Barragan, lequel a perdu gros en chutant en d\u00e9but de seconde manche puis en abandonnant 6 tours plus tard alors qu’il avait termin\u00e9 3\u00e8me derri\u00e8re Philippaerts et Desalle quelques heures plus t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Max Nagl aurait quant à lui pu remporter les 2 manches à Mallory Park si 2 petites chutes ne l’avaient fait reculer de la premi\u00e8re à la 4\u00e8me place. Le pilote KTM prendra sa revanche dans la seconde en s’imposant facilement devant Philippaerts et Desalle.<\/p>\n

Ce GP de Mallory Park marquait \u00e9galement le grand retour de Micha\u00ebl Pichon, pigiste chez Honda Martin dont les 2 pilotes, Kevin Strijbos et Marc De Reuver, sont actuellement sur le carreau. Trois ans apr\u00e8s sa derni\u00e8re apparition en MXGP, \u00ab\u00a0Rocket\u00a0\u00bb n’a rien perdu de sa vitesse et a fait jeu \u00e9gal avec les meilleurs dans les 2 manches, m\u00eame si un l\u00e9ger manque de condition ne lui a pas permis de pr\u00e9tendre à mieux qu’à deux 7\u00e8mes places. Le double champion du monde sera vraisembablement un candidat au podium la semaine prochaine devant son public à Ern\u00e9e…<\/p>\n

MX2: Marvin Musquin offre le doubl\u00e9 à KTM<\/strong><\/p>\n

En MX2, Marvin Musquin a inaugur\u00e9 sa KTM officielle de la meilleure fa\u00e7on en s’offrant son premier doubl\u00e9. L’adaptation à la 250 SX-F semble avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 plut\u00f4t rapide pour le Fran\u00e7ais puisque, apr\u00e8s avoir domin\u00e9 samedi la manche qualificative, il a de nouveau survol\u00e9 ses adversaires dans les 2 manches aujourd’hui.
\nParti en t\u00eate de la premi\u00e8re manche, personne ne parviendre en effet à inqui\u00e9ter la KTM n\u00b025, pas m\u00eame Steve Frossard et Gautier Paulin, r\u00e9duits à se battre pour la seconde place.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

En seconde manche, c’est Rui Goncalves qui prend le commandement des op\u00e9rations devant Frossard pendant la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de course, tandis que Musquin passe ensuite à l’offensive et d\u00e9borde tour à tour les 2 leaders pour s’emparer de la premi\u00e8re place et s’imposer devant Goncalves et Frossard. Moins bien parti, Gautier Paulin revenait quant à lui en 4\u00e8me position et compl\u00e9tait donc un podium 100% fran\u00e7ais en montant sur la 3\u00e8me marche derri\u00e8re Frossard et Musquin. Le n\u00e9o-officiel KTM conforte son leadership au championnat et compte d\u00e9sormais 15 points d’avance sur Paulin.<\/p>\n

Parti au-delà de la 10\u00e8me position en premi\u00e8re manche, J\u00e9r\u00e9my Van Horebeek devra se contenter d’une 8\u00e8me place, avant de rentrer en 5\u00e8me positon dans la seconde apr\u00e8s une course r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. <\/p>\n

Jo\u00ebl Roelants et Dennis Verbruggen terminent quant à eux respectivement aux 12 et 13\u00e8mes places au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n
