La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9preuve du championnat du monde Supermoto se d\u00e9roulait ce week-end sur le circuit tr\u00e8s (trop?) technique de Mallory Park. Exceptionnellement, les cat\u00e9gories S1 et S2 couraient simultan\u00e9ment. Thomas Chareyre s’\u00e9tait d\u00e9bo\u00eet\u00e9 l’\u00e9paule d\u00e8s les essais libres du vendredi, et devait renoncer à participer. Une revalidation de deux semaines est pr\u00e9vue suite à cette chute.<\/p>\n

Premi\u00e8re manche : Thierry Van den Bosch gagne de fa\u00e7on autoritaire<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adrien Chareyre prenait le meilleur d\u00e9part, devant Van den Bosch, Lazzarini, Gozzini et Borella, tandis que Del\u00e9pine et Hermunen s’accrochaient dans le premier virage, avant d’entreprendre une belle remont\u00e9e. Seel avait aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 bloqu\u00e9 par l’incident, pour se retrouver 14\u00e8me, tandis que Deridder , bien parti, \u00e9tait huiti\u00e8me, avant de reculer et terminer 12\u00e8me. Devant, VdB s’\u00e9tait empar\u00e9 du commandement, pour remporter la manche devant Chareyre, Lazzarini et Gozzini. Deridder terminait sixi\u00e8me et Seel 10\u00e8me. En S1, Van den Bosch s’imposait devant Lazzarini et Venske. En S2, Adrien Chareyre remportait la manche devant Gozzini, Borella et Del\u00e9pine.<\/p>\n

Deuxi\u00e8me manche : Adrien Chareyre de bout en bout<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9part de la manche \u00e9tait retard\u00e9 suite à une protestation des pilotes contre un arrosage excessif de la piste, qui la faisait ressembler à une patinoire. D\u00e8s le premier tour, Minutilli s’accrochait sur un saut avec un autre concurrent, et se blessait au dos. Entretemps, Adrien Chareyre s’\u00e9tait empar\u00e9 du commandement devant Lazzarini, Del\u00e9pine, Gozzini, VDBosch, Hlad et Seel. Chareyre r\u00e9sistait bien aux attaques de Lazzarini, et remportait la manche devant Lazzarini, Gozzini, VDBosch, Hermunen et Del\u00e9pine. Le Grand Prix S1 voyait Lazzarini s’imposer devant VDBosch, Hermunen, Venske et Seel. En S2, Chareyre s’imposait devant Gozzini et Del\u00e9pine, tandis que Deridder terminait septi\u00e8me.<\/p>\n

Au classement interm\u00e9diaire du championnat, VdBosch conserve la plaque rouge de leader (S1), tout comme Adrien Chareyre (S2), qui compte le maximum des points apr\u00e8s ses 4 victoires de manche.<\/p>\n

Le prochain Grand Prix aura lieu le 12 juillet à Aoste.<\/p>\n
