On croyait Cooper Webb parti pour signer une nouvelle victoire \u00e0 Oakland mais en sports m\u00e9caniques, on le sait, il ne faut jamais jurer de rien. En effet, le pilote Yamaha, qui avait remport\u00e9 les trois \u00e9preuves disput\u00e9es jusqu\u2019ici, a d\u00fb hier abandonner sur ennuis m\u00e9caniques dans le douzi\u00e8me tour alors qu\u2019il \u00e9tait en t\u00eate. Du coup, c\u2019est Joey Savatgy qui l\u2019a emport\u00e9 devant Colt Nichols et Christian Craig.<\/p>\n

Dans la finale, c\u2019est Craig qui avait r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le holeshot puis men\u00e9 les trois premiers tours avant de chuter et de c\u00e9der ainsi le leadership \u00e0 Webb qui menait d\u00e9sormais devant Joey Savatgy et Alex Martin.<\/p>\n

Au douzi\u00e8me tour, on voyait beaucoup de fum\u00e9e sortir du pot d\u2019\u00e9chappement de la moto de Webb et c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019abandon pour le leader qui offrait sa place \u00e0 Savatgy, celui-ci l\u2019emportant devant l\u2019inattendu Nichols qui montait sur son premier podium et pr\u00e9c\u00e9dait Christian Craig.<\/p>\n

Au classement provisoire, l\u2019abandon de Webb propulse Savatgy en t\u00eate du championnat, le pilote Kawasaki pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant Webb de deux points.<\/p>\n
