Adrien Van Beveren est d\u00e9finitivement entr\u00e9 dans l’histoire de l’Enduropale du Touquet en remportant ce dimanche la 41\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre des courses de sable. Un troisi\u00e8me succ\u00e8s cons\u00e9cutif sur la c\u00f4te d’Opale pour le nordiste qui arrive quelques jours \u00e0 peine apr\u00e8s son retour d’un premier Dakar sur lequel il a l\u00e0 aussi montr\u00e9 un potentiel plus qu’\u00e9vident.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le pari d’Adrien Van Beveren pouvait sembler fou, irr\u00e9aliste: tenter d’inscrire son nom pour la 3\u00e8me fois cons\u00e9cutive au palmar\u00e8s de l’Enduropale du Touquet apr\u00e8s avoir affront\u00e9 les pistes d’Am\u00e9rique du sud 10 jours durant \u00e0 l’occasion d’un premier Dakar qui a forc\u00e9ment retenu toute son attention et monopolis\u00e9 son temps de pr\u00e9paration durant ces derniers mois. Un challenge que le pilote Yamaha a pourtant relev\u00e9 avec brio dimanche apr\u00e8s-midi en prenant la t\u00eate de l’Enduropale du Touquet \u00e0 moins de 30 minutes de l’arriv\u00e9e pour ne plus la quitter. En s’imposant, le Fran\u00e7ais r\u00e9alisait l’exploit de s’imposer pour la 3\u00e8me fois cons\u00e9cutivement sur la plage du Touquet, une performance que seuls Kees Van der Ven et Eric Geboers avaient sign\u00e9e jusqu’alor. De quoi faire entrer d\u00e9finitivement Van Beveren dans la cour des grands.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0La victoire que j’ai le plus voulue\u00a0\u00bb<\/h5>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Cette victoire dans l’\u00e9dition 2016 de l’Enduropale a \u00e9t\u00e9 la plus difficile pour moi\u00a0\u00bb, commente Van Beveren, \u00ab\u00a0sans doute parce qu’elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 celle que j’ai le plus voulu. Et cela fait toute la diff\u00e9rence. On ne peut bien s\u00fbr pas gagner \u00e0 chaque fois mais quand on gagne de cette mani\u00e8re, c’est fabuleux ! Le Dakar m’a chang\u00e9, a modifi\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont j’appr\u00e9hende d\u00e9sormais la difficult\u00e9, dont j’arrive \u00e0 me surpasser. Il m’a rendu plus fort. L’Enduropale du Touquet repr\u00e9sente \u00e9norm\u00e9ment pour moi, il occupe une place importante dans ma carri\u00e8re. Sur cette plage, je me sens chez moi. Le public est \u00e9galement fantastique !\u00a0\u00bb Avant d’avoir une petite pens\u00e9e pour un autre grand nom de l’Enduropale qui tirait ce dimanche sa r\u00e9v\u00e9rence: \u00ab\u00a0Je pense \u00e0 Jean-Claude Mouss\u00e9 car c’\u00e9tait son dernier Enduropale ce week-end. C’est un pilote qui a beaucoup de talent, j’esp\u00e8re qu’il continuera \u00e0 s’entra\u00eener avec moi !\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Avec la domination de Van Beveren sur l’\u00e9preuve, c’est aussi \u00e0 la domination de Yamaha que l’on a assist\u00e9 ce week-end. La marque aux 3 diapasons monopolise les 3 marches du podium de l’\u00e9preuve en pla\u00e7ant notre jeune et prometteur compatriote Axel Van de Sande sur la seconde marche et le Fran\u00e7ais Camille Chapeli\u00e8re, qui enl\u00e8ve au passage le tr\u00e8s convoit\u00e9 titre de champion de France des sables, sur la 3\u00e8me. Une domination que ne doit rien au hasard pour une marque qui investit largement dans les courses de sable.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes \u00e9videmment heureux des r\u00e9sultats sign\u00e9s par les pilotes Yamaha sur le Touquet\u00a0\u00bb, explique Jos\u00e9 Leloir, de Yamaha Motor France. \u00ab\u00a0Adrien a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une performance exceptionnelle et nous avons la chance d’avoir derri\u00e8re lui de jeunes pilotes qui se battent pour \u00eatre devant. Nous pourrons certainement compter sur eux ces prochaines ann\u00e9es. Il y a bien s\u00fbr Axel Van de Sande et Camille Chapeli\u00e8re mais il ne faut pas oublier Daymond Martens et Milko Potisek, qui ont jou\u00e9 de malchance. Nous sommes aussi heureux du titre enlev\u00e9 par Camille. Pour notre compatriote Axel Van de Sande, ce premier podium au Touquet vient r\u00e9compenser une saison qui l’a vu acc\u00e9der progresser de fa\u00e7on spectaculaire aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de S\u00e9bastien Sagot, l’entra\u00eeneur qui est \u00e9galement celui d’Adrien Van Beveren. \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons \u00e9norm\u00e9ment travaill\u00e9 durant toute l’ann\u00e9e avec S\u00e9bastien Sagot\u00a0\u00bb, confirme Van de Sande. \u00ab\u00a0Je suis tr\u00e8s heurex de cette seconde place. Nos efforts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9s ! Avec la pluie et le vent, la visibilit\u00e9 n’\u00e9tait pas bonne mais je devais garder un rythme \u00e9lev\u00e9 tout en \u00e9vitant de prendre des risques.
