Un championnat qui a pris entretemps du galon avec un nombre record de pilotes engag\u00e9s, parmi lesquels de nombreux Belges.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sur un circuit qui lui convient bien, notre compatriote a impos\u00e9 ce week-end \u00e0 Valkenswaard sa Husqvarna 300 2-temps dans le round d&rsquo;ouverture du championnat. En premi\u00e8re manche, il a toutefois d\u00fb se contenter de la deuxi\u00e8me position derri\u00e8re un intouchable Mike Kras, lui aussi grand sp\u00e9cialiste de la silice. Derri\u00e8re les deux hommes, Mike Vanderstraeten remonte de la 6\u00e8me \u00e0 la 3\u00e8me position.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la seconde manche, Martens ne quitte jamais le commandement et s&rsquo;impose facilement devant le Britannique Gr\u00e9gory Lewis et le Hollandais Patrick Vos. Quatri\u00e8me, Mike Vanderstraeten signe \u00e0 nouveau une belle manche puisque le pilote TM \u00e9tait point\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 de la 15\u00e8me position au premier passage.<\/p>\n<p>Dietger Damiaens d\u00e9bute le championnat timidement. Le pilote KTM se contente d&rsquo;une 12\u00e8me puis d&rsquo;une 8\u00e8me places dans les manches et pointe en 10\u00e8me position du classement provisoire, \u00e0 25 points de Yentel Martens. Le pilote Husqvarna retrouve avec bonheur une plaque rouge qu&rsquo;il avait longtemps arbor\u00e9e l&rsquo;an pass\u00e9 sur sa machine.
