La 46\u00e8me \u00e9dition du motocross international de Wuustwezel s’est disput\u00e9e ce dimanche sous un agr\u00e9able soleil printannier. Dans le sable du circuit du \u00ab\u00a0Molenbergen\u00a0\u00bb qu’il connait comme sa poche, le pilote local Kevin Strijbos a d\u00fb se contenter de deux secondes places.<\/strong><\/p>\n

En premi\u00e8re manche, c’est Shaun Simpson qui devan\u00e7ait le pilote Suzuki qui devait dans la seconde s’incliner face \u00e0 Max Nagl. Troisi\u00e8me dans la premi\u00e8re manche, l’officiel Husqvarna, d\u00e9j\u00e0 vainqueur plus t\u00f4t dans la journ\u00e9e de la \u00ab\u00a0Motogazet Superpole\u00a0\u00bb (\u00e9preuve contre le chrono sur un seul tour ) devant Simpson et Jonass,\u00a0 montait sur la plus haute marche du podium final devant le chouchou du public local Kevin Srijbos et un solide Tanel Leok. Quatri\u00e8me de la premi\u00e8re manche, l’Estonien profitait d’une chute de Simpson en d\u00e9but de deuxi\u00e8me manche pour prendre ensuite la 3\u00e8me place et monter sur la derni\u00e8re marche du podium du jour devant le Britannique et le Fran\u00e7ais Christophe Charlier.<\/p>\n

Doubl\u00e9 pour Pauls Jonass en MX2<\/h5>\n

En MX2, Pauls Jonass a remport\u00e9 les deux manches. L’officiel KTM s’est d’abord impos\u00e9 juste devant notre compatriote Brent Van Doninck puis devant le Britannique Max Anstie (3+2). Le pilote Husqvarna montait sur la deuxi\u00e8me marche du podium du classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral devant le jeune Hollandais Davy Pootjes (6+3). Son compatriote Bas Vaessen termine 4\u00e8me devant les officiels KTM Conrad Mewse et Josiah Natzke.<\/p>\n

Victime d’une lourde chute avec d’autres pilotes en fin de manche, Brent Van Doninck \u00e9tait relev\u00e9 avec une hanche lux\u00e9e et devait \u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9 vers l’h\u00f4pital.<\/p>\n
