Hier, \u00e0 East Rutheford, dans le mythique MetLife Stadium et devant pr\u00e8s de soixante mille spectateurs, Ryan Dungey a \u00e9t\u00e9 sacr\u00e9 champion pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive en 450 tandis que Ken Roczen a remport\u00e9 la finale au terme d\u2019une course qu\u2019il a domin\u00e9e de bout en bout.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans la finale, Ken Roczen a d\u2019abord r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le holeshot devant Cole Seely, Justin Brayton,Chad Reed et Ryan Dungey.<\/p>\n

Roczen profitait de ce que la voie \u00e9tait libre pour creuser l\u2019\u00e9cart tandis que Cole Seely prenait ses aises \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me place, Justin Brayton et et Chad Reed se disputant la troisi\u00e8me place. Ryan Dungey allait ensuite s\u2019emparer de la quatri\u00e8me place au quatri\u00e8me tour puis de la troisi\u00e8me au septi\u00e8me tour.<\/p>\n

Devant, Roczen et Seely avaient creus\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9cart sur leurs poursuivants et se trouvaient c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te assez souvent. Seely n\u2019allait toutefois jamais attaquer Roczen pour prendre le leadership si bien que celui-ci allait finalement pouvoir franchir la ligne d\u2019arriv\u00e9e en vainqueur au terme d\u2019une course relativement limpide en ce qui le concerne.<\/p>\n

\"Ken<\/a>

Ken Roczen termine tr\u00e8s fort la saison de SX<\/p><\/div>\n

Derri\u00e8re, par contre, on assistait \u00e0 une bagarre de tous les instants. En effet, tandis que Roczen se dirigeait vers la victoire, Dungey se rapprochait de Seely et tentait de lui ravir la deuxi\u00e8me place \u00e0 plusieurs reprises. En vain. C\u2019est un troisi\u00e8me larron en la personne de Eli Tomac qui allait tirer les marrons du feu en profitant des attaques inop\u00e9rantes de Dungey sur Seely pour s\u2019emparer d\u2019abord de la troisi\u00e8me place au d\u00e9triment de Dungey puis de la deuxi\u00e8me place le tour suivant au d\u00e9triment de Seely.<\/p>\n

Seely et Dungey allaient se battre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin pour la troisi\u00e8me place sur le podium mais Seely gardait le dessus. Dungey devait donc se contenter d\u2019une place au pied du podium en m\u00eame temps qu\u2019il devait renoncer \u00e0 un trente-et-uni\u00e8me podium cons\u00e9cutif. Il allait toutefois \u00eatre largement consol\u00e9, du moins on l\u2019imagine, par un nouveau titre de champion.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Je suis \u00e9videmment d\u00e9\u00e7u de n\u2019avoir pas pu continuer ma s\u00e9rie de podiums mais l\u2019objectif principal de cette ann\u00e9e \u00e9tait de conserver mon titre de champion. Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas \u00e9vident car il a fallu se battre week-end apr\u00e8s week-end,\u00a0\u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Dungey \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00bbJe ne serais pas arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 ce r\u00e9sultat sans le soutien ind\u00e9fectible de tout mon team et de ma famille.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

250 C\u00f4te Est – Malcolm Stewart vainqueur et proche du titre<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans la cat\u00e9gorie 250 C\u00f4te Est, Malcolm Stewart a remport\u00e9 sa deuxi\u00e8me victoire de la saison en m\u00eame temps qu\u2019il a empoch\u00e9 un nombre de points important qui le rapproche du titre alors qu\u2019il reste une \u00e9preuve \u00e0 disputer.<\/p>\n

Dans la finale, c\u2019est \u00e0 nouveau Dakota Alix qui r\u00e9ussissait le holeshot mais c\u2019est Martin Davalos qui prenait ensuite la t\u00eate de la course avec Tyle Bowers \u00e0 ses basques. Parti en cinqui\u00e8me position, Stewart parvenait \u00e0 terminer le premier tour en troisi\u00e8me position.<\/p>\n

Malcolm Stewart: une victoire qui le rapproche du titre<\/p><\/div>\n

Alors que Davalos semblait se diriger vetrs une deuxi\u00e8me victoire cons\u00e9cutive, Stewart revenait tr\u00e8s fort apr\u00e8s s\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 de Bowers au bout des whoops, en lui faisant l\u2019int\u00e9rieur dans le virage qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de la ligne d\u2019arriv\u00e9e. Stewart r\u00e9cidivait sa manoeuvre sur Davalos au tour suivant et se retrouvait en t\u00eate pour creuser imm\u00e9diatement le trou et ne plus se retourner jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la ligne d\u2019arriv\u00e9e qu\u2019il franchissait en t\u00eate pour la seconde fois de la saison en m\u00eame temps que la troisi\u00e8me de sa carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Davalos terminait deuxi\u00e8me devant Martin qui n\u2019est jamais parvenu \u00e0 le mettre en danger. Quant \u00e0 l\u2019adversaire le plus s\u00e9rieux de Stewart, Aaron Plessinger, il \u00e9tait parti \u00e0 la dixi\u00e8me place et il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas parvenu \u00e0 remonter au-del\u00e0 de la cinqui\u00e8me place. Cela fait \u00e9videmment les affaires de Stewart qui compte d\u00e9sormais quatorze points d\u2019avance sur Plessiger alors qu\u2019il reste une \u00e9preuve \u00e0 disputer, \u00e0 Las Vegas.<\/p>\n
